Two familiy booking
As we are a large party of nine. It was difficult to see how many mobile units were available on line
I found phoning was easier . The team who took my call were very helpful and patient as it took several calls and emails to get what I required. This is my first time booking a campsite holiday so I appreciated the good customer service and I was presented with several proposals promptly
Find it disappointing that duvets and pillow covers are provided but not under sheets. The cost of towels and beach towels seems expensive but that might be the resort we booked . Im looking forward to my Allcamps holiday in August

Had a great customer service experience with Sarah so helpful full amount was due when trying to book so I had to wait a week but Sarah booked me in and allowed me to make payment following week.. Little things like this would definitely make me come back and use the company again also the great price was very appealing.. Will definitely use company again when booking

Booking experience
Speaking to your representatives was very good. However it should be clear what facilities are open during your holiday.
Also the ability to select your accommodation should be in place especially when a few families want to be together. We have been to sanguli in Spain and we were able to do this.
Also linen should be included

With some partners, we can offer our clients to select their accommodation and have linnen included. However, not all partners offer this service. We are sorry your accommodation provider does not offer such services.
