My car been with ford since may it’s now November I had new engine fitted had car for 3 days back and engine went again and now needs new one again been waiting 2 more months and still no car back they don’t care
Also, Allen Ford complaints department takes complaints but will never ever give you feedback or reply. It’s an internal private complaint service which helps customers zero

Excellent customer service from Craig at Leamington spa. He really went out of his way to find me the Ford Ranger I was looking for. Really helpful from start to finish.

Just collected my third Kuga Vignale from Allen Ford Bath and once again the car is a dream to drive, the flowers are lovely and the service received was brilliant. Thanks Tim will be back again.

I have no issues with Alan Ford and Jason was extremely professional and helpful overall an excellent dealership 5 stars. However I have serious issues with FORD in general, they initially delivered a sub standard vehicle (serious paint issues) which I rejected and a new replacement vehicle was ordered. Ford credit caused me serious problems and destroyed my credit rating with experian due to their miss management of my account, which they eventually conceded. Throughout this I have never recieved an apology from Ford or Ford credit which in my view is very poor. I would advise anyone to steer clear of Ford Credit.

Use Allen Ford Crayford for service and MOT and my car was retrurned with front right headlights not plugged in, This gave me impression that bulbs were blown etc. Pointed this out to them and never got an appology or explanation.
Got an email from Ford Allen group asking me to do a survey but it said that if you cannot give us a 5 star review let us know, I did and still no response back. They only want you to complete survey if you give a 5 star review so their results are not a true reflection of the service.

Van turned up at my address 6 hrs later than planned so when I got the van all the office had gone home. Had external sticker damage that wasn’t described, lots of scratches + marks. If I would have seen this in a forecourt I would have walked away. Also the van hadn’t been mot’d like they said it was going to came with less than 2 months on the van. Apparently the company policy is not to the sold with less than 6 months. Communication is very poor ……… I’ll call you back!

Customer Service is appalling. Called yesterday looking for a new car on pcp, a lady took my details but needed a salesman. She said she would call me back in 10 minutes, no call ever came. Wouldn’t buy a car from them if it was free now, that’s just totally rude and unprofessional

Took my car into Ford Allen Swindon when rear shock absorber was leaking oil, the car is under warranty. They refused to even look at it under warranty said it’s the road and pot holes and we will not consider it under the warranty it just normal use. Car only done 20000 mls and shocks should last 50-100,000 and 5-10 years.
Had to get the car repaired myself, now following up the failure to honour the warranty with the Motor Ombudsman who has agreed to investigate. Poor customer service from Ford.
March 2024 - Ombudsman found in my favour, but Ford not accepting. The case is ongoing!
UPDATE - well it took until April 2025 but Ford UK were instructed by the Ombudsman to refund me for the cost of the shock absorber replacement and I have now received the payment, with Ford not accepting liability but sending a "Goodwill" payment.

I service my car in February 2023 at Allen Ford Coventry, they done service but said to me car have oil leaking in gearbox we can't do today so you book again i book in march 2023 . They give me curtsy car and hold my car. Call me after nearly two week you're car is ready. When I drive my car 5th gear was not worked I go back they said to me drop here and pick tomorrow after two days they call me to collect your car. When I drive my 5th gear make a noise and still gearbox leaking. I call them they said you rebook again they give me date after one month later. They repair that gearbox leakage but 5th gear noise still comes, I go again they said book a new appointment ok I done after one month later, I go that day one engineer drive my car and recognise what's problem. They told me we no have time now you rebook again ok I book again after one month when I go today September 2023 they told me I need to pay £500 because they need to come out car gearbox and investigate. I said its not my fault whey I pay but they not lesion. Last 6th month they give me stress So now I think I need to take help consumers courts. Its my bad experience with Allen Ford Coventry.

Bought a 2019 Ford Kuga Vignale from Slough, salesman Shah was excellent from day one, nothing at all was too much trouble and through knowledgeable on his products, it’s a breath of fresh air to have a salesman who has a light side to his personality which makes the whole experience more relaxed and never under pressure to buy. Wayne Stuart was fantastic in helping us secure our new family car. Appalling Service

They tried to pull a fast one. They wanted to recoup their £250 they put into deal by claiming car had sold but could get me another but I would have to pay £250 delivery.

When it arrives quickly the next day alarm bells rang so I asked for proof of delivery, I was then offered refund LOL

They also claimed they sent documents to sign, I never received nothing!!

I enquired with Salesman & General Sales Manager, I might as well be talking to a brick wall because they never sent them.

To Sophie from Coventry Allen Ford, you were amazing, so good at explaining, and helping, deserves a raise !!!

Absolutely fantastic experience from Tom at the Coventry branch!
Travelled all the way from Kent to collect a st puma
And was not disappointed!!
He even gave me a full tank of fuel to get home!!

Just bought a ST3 in mean green from Allen Ford- and our experience from start to finish was amazing. From the moment I showed interest in the car, It was just smooth sailing with the process, Wayne and Alex from the Team where very clear with the instructions needed to proceed. All my questions where answered straight away, and I did not have any issues or doubts about buying the car.
I received a follow up call straight away letting me know if I had any problems to get in touch right away.

Phoned them and left my details then emailed them I ended up having to drive down there and they where not interested in helping me , I’ve had four fords in my last six cars don’t think I’ll bother anymore
