They have become my new reliable go-to place for swimwear and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I was a bit worried before placing my order after reading the negative reviews in the past.

The item I ordered is larger than I need so I return it.

Their free tracked delivery and free tracked return are superb.

The refund is also very fast.

100% happy customer.

Excellent service. No problems swapping sizes and returning racing suits which were ordered the wrong size.
I also used their repair service on a new racing suit my daughter ripped and the repair was fantastic and almost invisible

Have often used this company and as always fast delivery and good prices. Our swimming club has recently joined their club scheme so to get some support with discount and other incentives is fantastic for a small club.
I had to return to costume i recently bought only because it didnt fit and daughter now wants a different style. the return process was very easy with free return label and refund was much faster than expected after xmas period, will definitely be ordering her new costume through Allens as very easy to use and positive customer experience

I've used this Comany on several occasions and been more than happy with their customer services.
Products arrived speedily.
Returns (owing to purchasing more than one item for sizing reasons) have been made extremely quickly.
On the one occasion an item became faulty, their customer services were very responsive and arranged for a replacement the same day.
Can't fault them.

Have ordered from this company about 4 times now & never had a problem. Free postage which is great & it normally comes next day.

This time I ordered the same suit in 2 different sizes as it was a knee suit for my daughter. Sent the one not wanted back (had to pay postage, but knew this before I ordered). Had my refund within 5 days of posting.

Shame to see others have had problems as I can’t fault them.

Fab company came across them last year and ordered several items since my first purchase as my child swims nearly every day of the week! Great range and very affordable company,only ever had to return one item as the sizing was big and they sent out my replacement within a couple of days no problem at all so not quite getting the other reviews ,free delivery you can't really get much better than that! Will continue to use them whenever we require new costumes/equipment

As you can see from the other reviews these people are NOT to be trusted . Sent me defective Goggles then when I returned they said they hadn't received them even though they were recorded !

Just about to post a bad review for this company and see they are questioning if the buyers are real. Well I am and like the other reviews this is the worst online company out there. No product shipped and they just do not care.

Bought a suit as a christmas present, but it arrived and was in terrible condition, clearly previously used. Returned it for credit and instead was given a store credit. Argued with rude customer services, but will not refund my card, definately dont want to buy Allen again.

Bought a suit for my daughter for £279 and one month no suit, no refund. They just lie every time you call them, the suit will arrive soon, the refund has been issued, still nothing. Have now asked Halifax to reverse the transaction on my card. Why sell products you can get. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
