Sent an email enquiry late on the 10th October with a query regarding part required to repair my broken lawn mower. I received a very quick response early the next morning with a helpful link to order the exact part required to hopefully fix the problem. Excellent communication, really fast response and free delivery. Really impressed thank you

I was struggling to find parts that were compatible with my 30 year old lawn mower. I sent an email asking if the parts shown on their Web site were compatible and received a reply the next day. I placed the order and the parts were dispatched the next day. So very happy with every aspect of my dealings with All Mower Parts.

I had a great experience with AMP. They helped me quickly diagnose the issue with my Stiga ride-on mower and advised on the correct part to order. Good price, quick delivery and excellent customer service. Thank you very much, I will be using AMP again.

My experience has been superb. I ordered two pairs of blades for my Stiga mower in May from AMP and didn't get around to fitting them until this weekend. I realised I'd ordered the wrong blades. I emailed AMP who responded within a couple of hours, helped me to determine which deck I had and we ordered the correct bigger blades. They said I could send the originals back for a refund. Doesn't get better than that!

AVOID: All-round bad service and company. Sent out wrong parts multiple times, provided very poor quality knock-off products listed as original brand parts, communication was incredibly poor and dismissive, requested me to pay for returning incorrect items. Waste of time and money.

The part I received did not match the one on my mower. I sent an email to ask for help. The response was quick and the reason for the difference was explained. I fitted the part and the mower works perfectly. Thank you

Poor customer service, wrong parts sent and chased with multiple email and calls not heard back from them. Mower been out of action for a week and i am now out of pocket and have to pay for parts elsewhere. Will not be using again.

Never received the order even after two months, they sent one email saying it would be delivered the 31st of June which isn't even a real date! Zero customer service, no replies to several emails, noone answers the phone, luckily my bank helps with refunding me from this scam company. How are they allowed to continue operating?

Expectations on delivery dates need clarifying on the website. I'm leaving this review because I found all the recent ones on this site reflecting the experience I was having - delivery still overdue a week later than expected, the same templated email response about next day dispatch through Royal Mail 24 but no tracking as it was under 2kgs etc.
My product did however arrive after I contacted them and it came Royal Mail signed for. I'm sure my contacting them prompted the item dispatch as I hadn't received a dispatch note for the item before then which the original order confirmation said I should expect when processing completed. I would advise customers to pay through Paypal which the site currently accepts and contact them if you haven't received the item by your expected date. If AMP managed the final shipping/tracking of goods a little better I'd have no issues recommending them as a supplier.
On a final note to some of the other reviews, as far as I can tell, my part does also appear to be a genuine part (Husqvarna motor). Thanks

I feel stupid now, having read these reviews as I have been affected like so many on here.I ordered replacement blades and didn't;t get a confirmation email so emailed the company who said it had been dispatched to royal Mail but they can't track it as it's under 2kgs.
I emailed again and got the exact same reply, word for word.
SCAMMERS AVOID!
