Bent poster, one missing, took 8 years to arrive, expensive

We ordered a poster on a wood mount. We received our poster with a 2 inch air bubble in the middle. We reported the defect to customer service. Customer service requested, and we sent a photo of the defect. Replacement poster was sent the next day at no charge. We are happy. 4 stars because of initial product quality control. Otherwise, top notch customer service and willingness to "make it right".

My posters came about a week earlier than the original delivery date. The posters were packaged nice and snug and came in pristine condition. They look beautiful on my wall!

I love that this specific picture was available for purchase and, generally, the details looked beautiful in the print that I received, but there was one major problem----it was copied or printed way too darkly! I've seen the original photo, and it was shot in an evenly well-lit room. The print was printed way too dark. Even the image you show online at your website is brighter! It was not what I paid for.

I almost bought an unnecessary PC case & art bundle from StarForge. I just wanted the art! I am glad I did some quick research to find the prints here!

I placed an order on Friday and received notification on Monday that the order had been flagged as fraudulent and automatically canceled. I was told that if this was in error I would need to call them. Upon calling I was told that if I wanted the items that I ordered, I would have to go back and place the order again. This was for multiple items and it took time for me to put the order together. There was nothing fraudulent about the order, and it was not flagged by my credit card as fraud. They offered nothing for my time and inconvenience.

UPDATE: I placed a new order as the posters were gifts. While we have not opened one box since it needs to be shipped to a different address, the framed poster I ordered for my husband arrived and the frame is really cheap looking despite spending nearly $200 per framed poster. The corners where the sides of the frame connect are done very poorly and unevenly. Given how disappointing an experience this has been, I am not going to bother sending the frame back - hoping I can get a wood marker to make the shoddy workmanship less obvious - and I do not recommend using Allposters.com.

Ordered some World Cup 2026 posters. They looked great, very high quality! Unfortunately some had damage from the delivery. Contacted their support, they sent out replacements with no hassle and even made sure the replacements were packaged and supported so well! Thank you again!

The quality of the large framed print is good, but the picture is wavy inside the frame. It was not secured properly.
