The poster was damaged on delivery and they refunded me immediately, very positive response

My items were delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Everything was perfect- exactly as I ordered. No broken glass, scratches, rips or tears.

The posters are nice, but the tops of them all were crushed. The box was fine so it was done in the packing.

The quality is very, very good. I've been buying artwork from AllPosters for many years. AllPosters has greatly improved selection, quality, packaging, and delivery. Very impressed.

Purchased a FIFA World Cup Poster. This poster is a size that does not fit any frame. Why would you make posters that don't fit easily into a poster frame. Very poor quality not like the posters offered from the offical FIFA.com store.

Highly disappointed with my purchase.

I had an issue with the first poster that was delivered. I called your company. The associate that helped me was extremely helpful and nice. She took care of the issue immediately. I received the second item. And it came in perfect condition. I'm very happy how everything turned out. Thanks

Patton movie poster was my first huge disappointment from this store. The quality of this print is horrendous. I guess from a viewing from twenty feet away might be passable. I spose if the allowed you to view the product in a much larger size it may have been evident.

I have ordered many pictures without any issues. I plan to order many more.

The product arrived in good time. The packaging was partially crushed but the poster was still fine. The quality of the print was a little disappointing for what I paid. I have purchased prints before and I had higher expectations.

Once I'm on your website I'm on it forever, such a wide variety and endless choices of so many subjects. The more I look the more I want.

The first poster came in a broken box and was damaged.

The customer service was very helpful and said they would said a replacement ASAP.

…the problem is that two weeks later it is still not here.

Order and shipment updates were consistent and poster was well protected.

Excellent communication, well packaged, timely delivery - couldn't ask for much more.

The poster arrived damaged in a damaged container. I wrote 3 times with details and pics. I got back ‘black stares’ of how can we help you and then nothing. If I don’t hear from someone with a solution I’m going to contact whatever authority can help me get a resolution

Received message that label was created on 6/1. Per tracking number sent, it’s been in Chino, CA since 6/5.
No other communication from your organization, just this rating email on how well your company did. Truly think it’s a bad rating thus far….

Posters were good quality and shipped out quickly.

Delivery was on time & I ordered some items twice by mistake and they refunded my money w/o returning duplicate prints. So cool. Really appreciate it!
