We had no issues from start to finish. Everything went very smoothly and nothing was an issue.

Very disappointing company, specially on customer service.
Hired a Hyundai Venue at Sydney's Airport, with damage caught on video footage on the left front tyre. Returned at Brisbane Airport. Received an email claiming the tyre had damage. Sent the video footage, to prove it was there already...and silence. They were fast claiming the bond with no explanation whatsoever or bill to prove the cost of the reparation.
No answer when I try to reach out. No replies to my emails. Trying to contact by phone and no one knows or can deliver a solution to the problem.
This is a very disappointing, uneducated and unfair way to treat a customer, specially when politely trying to solve the problem.

It’s good experience using this service in Melbourne. Good quality and speedy pick up and drop off .

Great car, great service!

Initially booked for two days via Jetstar for work, I needed to extend my trip twice. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The car was modern and relatively clean. I highly recommend using Alpha for their great service and reasonable prices.

E check in did not work. Phone to call shuttle did not answer. Sent me a contract saying I couldnt travel interstate in the hire car when my trip was to Bryon from Gold coast. Wasted over an hour and a half of my holiday to get hire car so avoid. Poor communication and phone system, Another custome I spoke tor also had poor experience but not as bad as mine.

I have used Alphacarhire before and the service has always been very good. Staff are friendly, cars are clean and good value for money to hire. The shuttle bus service they provide is great so have nothing to complain about.

I called in today requesting a quote to hire a truck as I'm moving house. I spoke with Jaime, she gave me an idea on pricing and then I had a few questions about the other fee's etc, she was rude to me. I then asked for an email with a quote and she said thanks and hung up on me. I found this extremely unprofessional.

I called back and spoke with another lady who was lovely and helpful, I asked to speak with the team leader or supervisor, she said Jaime is the supervisor, I asked to speak with her and was told she'd call me back. I doubt it, I'd like to lodge a complaint for how rude and unprofessional Jaime was, I was happy with the price and happy to book in but due to Jaime I will be going elsewhere now.

Prompt airport transfers. The car was clean and you were able to solve the size of car problems so quickly so we could all fit in with all our luggage. Wonderful car hire.
