Fabulous service all week, especially from Lauren!

We had a wonderful week in chalet ailisier 2. The host was enthusiastic, bubbly and very friendly alongside some beautiful cooking skills. Overall it was such lovely week and we were treated so well by all hosts we met.

Comfortable chalet, very friendly staff, mainly wonderful weather and enormous skiing area.

Great chalet. What a easy location too! Jacob and olivia were lovely hosts. Food was nice most the time (cant cater for everyones tastes and all times!). Did ask for bed linin change over (as offered) but didnt happen. Not a big issue. Wifi really need to be better for the lower rooms. Overall great value chalet and location.

Our chalet host Elliot was awesome and all of the food was perfect!! We had the best trip, loved it!

Great stay. Liam, Lauren, Lizzie and Eric looked after our every need.
The food was Fantastic and the wine flowed freely !

We really enjoyed our stay in Chalet Alisier 1. The chalet manager Lizzy was fabulous, full of energy and super helpful, even lending us her car when one of our party was taken to hospital. The chalet hosts Lauren, Liem and Eric were so friendly and hardworking and the food they prepared was always amazing with huge portions! Nothing was too much trouble and they were also brilliant at giving us advice about where to ski etc.
The chalet itself was very comfortable and the added bonus of a hot tub was very welcome after a day's skiing. Unfortunately the sauna was broken for the duration of our stay, which was a shame, but the rest of our experience more than made up for it.

We had a fantastic week in Chalet Almach in March 2026. Cande and Tom did a great job hosting and making everyone feel at home. Cande's cakes were a real highlight and the dinners were consistently delicious. Thanks for all your efforts!

Chalet Camarine – Méribel 2026

Myself and 12 friends stayed at Chalet Camarine in Méribel with Alpine Elements last week and had an absolute blast.

None of us had stayed in a catered chalet before and I’ve usually booked ski holidays with companies like Crystal Ski, so I was slightly sceptical about trying a different provider. I’m really glad we did though because we had an amazing week.

The food was great all week. The meals were different each day which gave us the chance to try new things, and everything was really hearty which was perfect after a full day skiing. The afternoon cakes were also unreal every day and breakfast was great too.

Our chalet hosts, Millie and Eleanor, were fantastic. They answered all of our questions, had great knowledge about the area and were just genuinely great hosts all week. They really represented Alpine Elements brilliantly and helped make the trip even better.

The location of the chalet was great as well – just a short bus ride into the centre of Méribel. All of our lift passes and ski hire vouchers were ready for us when we arrived and we had no issues picking anything up.

Overall we had a great experience and we’re already looking at booking our next ski trip with Alpine Elements.

We had a fantastic time in La Plagne 1800, and Alpine Elements truly exceeded our expectations.

I organise large group trips (20+ people) with my company Peak Vibes, so I reached out to Alpine Elements in June 2025 about booking both Chalet Alisier 1 & 2. From day one, Charles was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He answered all my questions and helped with every request right up until the day of travel. Their finance team were also very helpful and considerate throughout the booking process.

When we arrived at Geneva Airport, we were greeted by a very friendly young guy called Ben. After about a 15-minute wait, we were already on the bus and on our way to the resort.

Chalet

We booked both chalets, and Alpine Elements kindly allowed our whole group (25 people) to have dinner together, which I imagine isn’t easy to organise. The chalets are in very good condition. Chalet Alisier 2 feels slightly newer than Chalet Alisier 1, but both were comfortable with spacious rooms.

The hot tub easily fit 10 people (yes, we tested it 😄), and the sauna fits around 6–8. We did have a small issue with the sauna initially, but Lizzy (the chalet manager) was extremely quick to get it sorted.

Overall the chalets were very clean. There were a few tiny dust marks here and there (like on extractor fans) and a bit of mould in one bathroom, but these are minor things and totally understandable during such a busy season when changeovers happen quickly. I’m sure they’ll address those easily.

Staff & Catering

Absolutely exceptional.

Liam, Eliysa and Laura were the sweetest hosts. They introduced themselves when we arrived and genuinely took great care of us throughout the week.

And Liam is a legend, such an amazing chef. I honestly wasn’t expecting chalet catering to be this good. He made the most out of the budget and delivered fantastic meals every day. It’s rare to find a chalet offering this level of food and service at this price point these days.

Our group is very sporty, most of us ski around 50 km a day so we definitely eat well! They were very smart with portions, making sure the bigger guys got a bit more and our petite ladies had the right amount. No food waste and everyone was satisfied. There was always plenty of food on the table, and the desserts were honestly out of this world.

Location

We loved the Plagne 1800 village, quiet but with a great vibe. The best après-ski bar (La Mine) is only 2 minutes’ walk away, and it’s a great place to meet fun people, locals and season workers.

You can access Plagne 1800 lifts within about 100m, or even ski down if you’re intermediate level. To access the Les Arcs side, it’s easier to walk about 5 minutes to the Mélezes lift.

Eko Sport ski rental is literally downstairs and has a good selection. However, if you’re a very advanced skier looking for top-end skis, I’d recommend Sport 2000, which the chalet also has a partnership with.

Overall

I honestly can’t recommend Alpine Elements enough from the admin team to chalet management and the catering staff, everything was handled brilliantly.

My only wish is that Alpine Elements worked with larger chalets (20+ guests), because they would easily be my number one choice for bringing my Peak Vibes groups.

Great trip to Chalet Jolie Meribel. Everything went to plan and we were well looked after by Huxley, Evie and Lucy. Good organisation in the backgound by Mary

The hotel, the staff at the hotel, the location and skiing was excellent.

The only downside was that I had booked door to door drop off with Alpine Fleet - not too sure if this is connected to Alpine Elements. You could chose either CHF 52.50 for a general drop off or CHF 79.50 for door to door. As my dad is 80 and with the luggage we had we paid extra for door to door. Upon arrival at Geneva Airport, we went directly to the Alpine Fleet desk. The representative asked for my name, located the booking, and instructed us to wait at Post/Point C for our name to be called. At no stage during this interaction did I request to be moved to an earlier shuttle. I was not offered any alternative options, nor was I asked whether I wished to amend my booking.

We simply followed the instructions given to us by Alpine Fleet staff to go and wait at Point C.

At no time did I ask to change the service I had booked. Had I been given the option of retaining the original door to door transfer, I would have chosen to wait in order to receive the service I had specifically paid for.
Our name was called and we go on a bus. Half way through the journey, Alpine Elements contacted me to say there would be no door to door drop off as we had asked for an earlier transfer, which certainly wasn't the case. I immediately responded stating the reason for the door to door drop off was for my farther and that we had paid and extra CHF 83.55 for this drop off. Basically, I have been told that they cannot do anything and that I apparently instructed them to give us an earlier transfer, which certainly wasn't the case. They have stated that I am not eligible for a refund as I was made aware of the bus we were getting on to which is not the case. If the lady at the desk had given us a choice then of course we would have take the door to door rather than a slightly earlier bus. Unfortunately, I have made a formal complaint, which I do not like doing, as now they are saying that they have notes on their system that I requested a slightly earlier transfer which is just a big lie.

We had a fantastic time in Chalet Elegant, Plagne Villages last week, celebrating several mile-stone family birthdays. Our host, Elliot, couldn't have done more for us - such a great baker of the afternoon cakes, and our evening meals were truly excellent - very impressive for such a young guy in his first season. He was flexible with timings to suit baby bed times, and was just generally really friendly, helpful and a brilliant host. Would definitely recommend - we are already planning when we can go back!

Just back from a week in Tignes at chalet Valerie. Eleanor was great! I’ve been away with AE 3 times now and she was by far the most professional and friendly chalet host we’ve had. Rosie the resort manager was great too. The chalet was good for the price. Lovely sauna was a bonus. Food was generally plentiful and of a good standard good.

All the staff Huxley ,Evie ,lucy were very helpful the chalet was always clean and food prepared on time and of very good quality and variety
I would have no issues about booking with Alpine elements again

Stayed at Chalet Jolie Mirebel 22/2 - 1/3/26. Well looked after by Lucy, Evie and Huxley . Their customer service skills were excellent, friendly and always with a smile. Very helpful and informative. Had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic week at Chalet Jolie in Meribel 😀 chalet was well equipped, the best part tho was the team. Huxley Lucy and Evie were delightful and showed amazing teamwork looking after everything and preparing fantastic food 😀 Mary who managed the teams was superb helping out with pre trip arrangements… top people, all of them!

Chalet Elegant and La Plagne a super base for a relaxed, catered ski-week next to the slopes and lifts. Food was great and varied, hot tub a bonus!
