We stayed at Chalet Austin in Morzine. Everything about it was incredible. A beautiful house, set in a stunning location, with easy access to the ski lifts.

Adam, our Chalet host, couldn’t do enough to cater for the needs of our 2 families. So relaxing and so much fun - can’t recommend enough.

A big group of us stayed at Chalet Jolie - incredible time and couldn’t have been easier on us after we landed in Geneva. The chalet hosts - Huxley, Evie and Lucy looked after us very well. Food was great & accomodations lovely and warm. Couldn’t recommend the chalet Jolie crew more!!

Just got back from another amazing holiday with alpine elements at hotel Phillibert in morzine where we were looked after brilliantly by Dan and his team. This is our 4th holiday over the last couple of years with them in the 3rd different venue and all of our experiences have been brilliant. Lovely staff, delicious food and comfortable cosy hotels with lots of facilities at very reasonable prices. I have another holiday booked in March with a group of friends in the chalet next door and I expect we will be back for more next year. Couldn’t recommend alpine elements enough.

We stayed at Chalet Almach, with Alpine Elements.

Candy and Tom were superb. Such lovely people, kind and great cooks. Very personable too. They made it a very enjoyable experience in the chalet. The chalet was clean and comfortable. Quirky in places and a boot warmer needs repaired but good overall.

Chalet Jolie was the perfect accompaniment to our trip. Our chalet hosts (Lucy, Huxley & Evie) made sure we had the best experience and nothing was ever too much of an issue. Will definitely be going with Alpine Elements for future group ski trips

The best week of my life just happened during my stay in Chalet Jolie, Meribel aka “La Jolie Douce” with Alpine Elements!!

We travelled with a group of 21 international DJs and/or music enthusiasts in mid-February for my 30th Birthday. One of the highlights of our trip was the hosts who held it down for us all week, taking us on a journey we couldn’t imagine. Super professional, knowledgeable about the local area and I do have a few shoutouts to make…..

- Mary Mischief, was always pottering around keeping everything in check and saving her staff from our groups over excitement about the smallest things in life.
- Lucy Legend, basically became part of the group on the bus (whether she wanted to or not) and made sure the vibes were immaculate all week. In terms of recommendations there were none better, La Taverna on a Wednesday for the seasonaires night with the live band was super hype. Somebody tell this women she is GOOD at what she does!
- Evie Elements, brought her fire chat, earthly energy and windy gusto (see what happened with the elements there) to the chalet each day. She helped secure a club takeover at “Sullys” which popped off and will be one to tell the grandkids about. Can always trust someone who wears bandanas!
- Huxley aka “Huxgod”, despite being sick on the first few days the man showed up time and time again, over delivering each time. His chat stacked up with the best of our group, which is a very high bar. Hope to see him rinsing the speakers of a local club soon (his brother is a proper dj if you didn’t know) and shredding the slopes “Chase The Chook” style across the 3 valleys!

The Chalet itself was electric. Matched the vibes in the photos and was always kept spotless by the hosts (even when the guests were messy). Quality of the beds was solid, LOADS of space to store gear, boot warmers, epic HTT (Hot Tub Time) under the falling snow, sauna stories were told and the place was super well heated. Super easy to get to the ski lifts as the bus was literally right outside.

The food was immaculate and it made such a big difference to our stay not having to sort food out from the mountain. It meant less admin getting to the slopes, you didn’t feel too bad about having a gourmet meal on the mountain for the price of your left elbow and dinner was perfectly timed for any Apres/spa relax time you may want after a full day on the slopes. Breakfast was epic and the “Huxgod” even went out of his way to cook up extra eggs for the team. Dinner was well portioned with 3 course dinners and solid variety to the menu across the week with a mix of known classics + French cuisine. Tartiflette & Duck were my top two, I mean come on……. The reactions around our table when the food came out said it all.

The Booking process with the company was super super seamless and Poppy was as responsive as you need to get squizzle done. We were constantly making tweaks to dietary requirements, gear, chalet requests and asking for tips on how to have the best week of our lives. No ask was too big!

Will be recommending this to friends, family and foe. The price was epic value for what you get and would rate this a 1000000069/10!

Perfect experience for a big group of 30 year olds for an amazing and reasonably priced chalet.

We stayed in Chalet Jolie and Huxley, Lucy and Evie were exceptional hosts (even the maintenance man was lovely and shout out to Chalet Manager Mary) - absolutely made the experience. We had a great time

Chalet staff were brilliant which helped make our ski trip. Very attentive to our needs and always eager to help. I would give 5 stars if the Chalet rooms were bigger and the food and drink less basic

We had a lovely time in La Plagne with Alpine Elements. The Chalet was cozy and clean, the facilities were great. The real highlight was our host, Jasmine. She went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly and her cooking was incredible. It was a fantastic experience!

I stayed at Chalet La Combe as part of a group of ten, and we all had a fantastic week in Méribel. Our experience was made even better by our host, Lillian, who was incredibly helpful throughout the stay and an excellent cook. The chalet was located perfectly for a great week in the mountains.

Just back from chalet la Combe in meribel where our chalet host Lillian was very welcoming and a fantastic host, the chalet itself was also ideally located and perfect for a party of 10!

Hear ye, hear ye! Newly returned from our snowy sojourn to Chalet Le Combe in fair Méribel, we must sing praises of our most gracious catered host, Lady Lillian.

Thus do we commend her most heartily — may all who stay at Chalet Le Combe be so blessed!

Just back from a weeks trip at Chalet La Combe. Lily was an amazing host, she was a great laugh and very accommodating and her baking was incredible. Would definitely recommend!

There was a group of 10 lads hosted by Lillian, She was great cooked us fantastic food every-night and put up with how loud we were. The Chalet itself was lovely as were the staff. Would definitely recommend.

An all round amazing trip! Alpine elements were brilliant from start to finish and completely made the trip. A big shoutout to our host Lillian who cooked us amazing food though our the whole week and was happy to help with any queries we had.

Just returned from a week at Chalet Jolie in Meribel. Lucy, Evie and Huxley were our hosts and they were brilliant. So friendly while working tirelessly to make our stay really enjoyable. Used Alpine elements for the last 3 years now and will likely keep using them for future trips

We had a fantastic weeks stay at Chalet Jolie! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was very high quality all through the week. The location of the chalet is perfect for getting the bus up into central meribel very easily for skiing.

The real stars of our week however were our fantastic hosts, Lucy, Evie and Huxley! All three were exceptionally helpful, friendly and looked after us phenomenally well.

Will definitely be using Alpine Elements again and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a ski holiday provider!

Made the booking process straightforward and felt at ease from the word go that everything was covered. Staff, food and hotel itself were top notch, ideal location slightly away from the noise of the main town, but easily accessible if we left our kit in the town. Nothing to fault, would happily book again.
