I bought an (expensive) item for my son's birthday. It was exceptionally easy to contact this firm to make a purchase. However, the item is not right for the purpose it was intended & I would like a refund. Sent a message through chat on Friday, had an acknowledgement of my communication, but no response. Have just sent another message through chat & I will see what happens. I am concerned that I cannot find any other means of contact or customer service number. There is no information discoverable by me on their website about obtaining a refund. I have not met this before in a company. I don't know whether I am being dense, but it makes me a VERY unhappy shopper.
POSTSCRIPT: In their reply, this company say they replied promptly to my message concerning a refund. If this was the case, I would have nothing to complain about. I have checked my inbox several times, but can find no such reply. All I have is automatic messages, saying they will get back to me when they can.

I was on the hunt for the 'snow' insert for my Bern cycling helmet so I could take it skiing. I saw that Always Riding had one on their website, but it wasn't very clear if it was the one I was after and if it would work with my helmet model. I emailed them and got a response very quickly, the lady who responded was extremely helpful and did some investigating to see whether it was the correct helmet insert I needed. Not only was the price competitive, it also arrived within 2 days and was nicely wrapped. Would definitely recommend them!

I bought some DZR shoes from Always Riding that unfortunately developed a fault inside the warranty period. I bought an alternate pair of Chrome Industries shoes from them (because I depend on having water proof shoes for commuting, so I needed them immediately) but Always Riding agreed to refund the DZRs so I didn't end up with two pairs. Even before they agreed to do that, they were ready to send out replacements before I returned the DZRs. Exactly what you want, buy from them with confidence. Thanks Anne!

I bought several items from Always Riding last week and was very impressed with the entire experience. Aside from the decent website (sizing guide is accurate), the items I bought were obviously despatched quickly. Opening the box was like opening a gift wrapped box of presents - it is fair to say it was thoughtfully packaged. The items themselves were very good quality and I couldn't find them anywhere else in my size on the web. I will buy from them again and would recommend to anyone.

I ordered a pair of Swrve trousers online. They duly arrived as promised and the packing was excellent. No black sack wrapped up in tape! The trousers were beautifully presented in a crisp, new cardboard box, wrapped up in tissue paper with a sticky 'Always Riding' sticker. This gave the impression that the trousers were of high quality, but that someone had packed them with care and attention.

The trousers are a perfect fit and feel really comfortable. I haven't yet ridden my bike with them, but the do seem to have a lot of give when moving about.

All in all, I am really pleased with my purchase and of the quality of service received from Always Riding. I will definitely shop with this company again.

I buy a bunch of stuff from Always Riding in different sizes, carefully try it on, repackage, and then send back whatever doesn't fit or suit me so well. The box comes with a free returns label, so you just pop it down the post office. Everything is so beautifully presented that it's hard to put it back together looking as lovely. But a week or so later I get a refund email and then the money shows up. Nice and simple! Works for me MUCH better than a shop dressing room. Awesome service

Had to return an item and the company dealt with my refund very quickly. Were very quick to correct a mistake - great to see a company with the personal touch.

Ordered new helmet, took a couple of days to arrive, as described and well packed, happy with the service I received.

I ordered some shoes from Always Riding which promptly arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately my short, square feet didn't agree with the curved contours of the shoes so I had to return them. The returns procedure was simple with the prepaid returns label included with the shoes and a refund was issued a day after the shoes arrived back with them. It's a shame the shoes didn't work out for me but the service from Always Riding has been excellent.

Always riding are top. Fast service from ordering to goods in my hands. Great follow up too. I trust that they will only stock quality products. I will definitely be using them again. They also only stock really cool lines. What's not to like?

Great range. Speedy delivery superb service

I ordered the Brooks Dalston backpack, mostly under other recommendations on the site and i love it.
It was packed beautifully and arrived it good time.
The bag has a useful laptop pouch as well as a zip pocket and two further pockets inside. Outside there is elastic for your water bottle, and a large pocket perfect for your padlock. I went for the medium size, which is compact but plenty big enough for extra jumpers/ books/ things. Im sure it will last me for a while.
