Bought 2 pair of gloves one pair fingerless and one pair phone friendly.
With the tour of Pembrokeshire looming the gloves turned up in time only to open the parcel to find a pair of fingerless gloves and only one right handed glove of the second pair ordered.
I emailed Always Riding straight away and had a speedy reply from Paul, after searching the warehouse they found the glove. In Paul's words a very lonely glove and it was dispatched immediately and I received it the next day. spot on!!!!!
The gloves them selves are a short version more of a summer feel with great padding in the palm and on the index finger and thumb they have a pad which allows you to use your mobile phone without taking your gloves off.

Got a great new cycling jersey, fantastic price and looks perfect. The product looked exactly like the website showed. Delivery was quick. Overall very pleased, will definitely be looking back for more.

A R have an ethos that runs through the company you can really feel as an online customer. I ordered the wrong size, the customer support was excellent and I was refunded promptly too.

I ordered 3 base layers from Craft. Always Riding despatched these quicker than I had anticipated, and I was in Rome running the marathon when the first delivery card (from DPD delivery service) was left in my letter box. As I was not going to be at home to receive them for a re-delivery, I contacted Always Riding (Leire Amo Ortiz) who changed the delivery address to work my address. This was done very quickly.
I received an email the next morning from DPD saying my delivery would be that day at a certain time. This never arrived. This happened a couple of times and became incredibly frustrating. There was no way of contacting DPD directly, but Leire was very helpful and apologetic on each occasion that I had to contact her to say that DPD had failed again. Eventually DPD (after a very frustrating week) managed to deliver my parcel.
Always Riding provided me with a full refund. I was hoping for some sort of compensation for DPD's incompetence, but had not anticipated a full refund. That said I very much appreciated it. And the shirts are great!!
Fantastic customer service by Always Riding, and to Leire. It was very much appreciated. 5 stars for customer service, but let down by DPD. I will be using Always Riding again. Thankyou

great product choice with speedy delivery

Great service, great product. It was for son's birthday and so was going to his address. But he was out, and then it was rearranged and he was out again, but the update emails made it very easy to arrange to have it delivered to a neighbour. Was very impressed with the way they stayed in contact re the delivery. Will use the site again!

Always happy with always riding... Will no doubt be back again soon for more kit!!
