Clients always compliment me on the look and feel of the offices and the reception and conference areas. In the Marlton, NJ office Rita and her staff are always ready to provide timely and exceptional service to me and my clients. And they do all that with friendly and sincere smiles on their faces. They provide the equivalent of a concierge experience! Try and find THAT experience someplace else...you WON'T!

I like American Executive Centers for the convenience they provide for me to have several offices to see clients.

AEC is extraordinary. Their people are accommodating, their facilities are professional and their services are outstanding. I really enjoy the convenience of their Marton office. Since I am a Marlton resident, it's great having my office so close to home. I can be in the office in five minutes and work when my family life slows down. In addition, getting help at the office is simple. AEC offers all types of administrtive services from filing and mailing to word processing to more advanced company specific services. These services can be helpful when I need extra support or if I need something completed timely and professionally. Another great feature is their ability to answer and route calls to any phone number. SInce I am often on the road it's great having a live person answer my phones and route calls when requested. AEC is a great place to work!

Helpful, convenient, friendly.

I use American Executive Centers for their phone answering services. It's great to know that if I am out of the office or in an appointment with a client that there is a live voice to answer the phone during business hours. Furthermore, if it's an emergency, the staff will call me and can even patch the call through so I can speak directly with the client without them having to leave a message. I recommend these services to other clients and friends all the time!

The thing that most impressed me about American Executive Centers is the administrative support and the 24 hour access. Jeanine handles her tasks with speed and care. Nothing at this time really needs to improve. I have recommended American Executive Centers to others and will continue to do so at this time.

I work for a bank headquartered in New England. We have several employees with offices in the Radnor location. Our company has been in this space since they opened in 2006. I was the third person hired and have been here for almost 7 years.
I live in Wayne so the location is perfect for me. The office is very comfortable, clean, and professional. I appreciate that there is no dress code. We are a pretty casual group of people, and the fact that I don’t have to look like a banker everyday is wonderful!

The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I have developed nice relationships with them over the years. There have been several changes this year, but I understand that people have to move on. I don’t sense a lack of service or enthusiasm.

I don’t use many of the services except for phone answering, mail receipt, scanning, and the occasional help from IT. All of the services have been very good. Unfortunately, our bank’s security setup prevents AEC’s IT people from being able to help us much, but Kurt (the IT guy) is super nice and always tries to be helpful when we have problems.

Things are getting ready to change with our situation for 2015. It appears that we are in growth mode for the Phila. office, and the bank is looking to add several new employees to our group. Radnor is full at the moment with no indication of having enough space to house us all. The word at the bank is that they are looking for traditional office space in the area. I’m hopeful that it takes them a very long time to find something because I do NOT want to leave."

The American Executive Center's Plymouth Meeting facility is very well located, providing convenient access to interstate highways, and main routes to Philadelphia - which is ideal for attending offsite meetings. If you are hosting meetings, you can book a variety of well-serviced conference rooms.
The office building itself provides serviced individual offices, home to a variety of different businesses. These individual offices are serviced with the following:
Business support function: the really helpful team caters to all your needs - including a variety of phone answering services (office and after hours, call forwarding, voicemails forwarded by email etc.); all printing and scanning should you need it; all mailing and shipping needs etc. They will even provide candidate search and screening services, if you are hiring.

All offices are provided with both LAN and wifi access, and are cleaned each evening.

The offices share a canteen on each floor - coffee always ready (thank you guys!), fridges, microwaves etc.

The atmosphere in the building is really good, and all the staff is always very friendly and competent.

Our Call Center team has had the pleasure of being an American Executive Center client in its Germantown location for almost a year. We would highly recommend the services of this top-notch company to anyone looking to build or maintain a long term business establishment.
Everybody on American Executive Center’s team, starting with the manager, Gwen, is professional and personable. The staff always greets us warmly and by first name, which makes my team feel welcome. I always know when clients are coming for a meeting or site visit – the staff at AEC will make a great first impression and provide a professional office experience – which in my business is invaluable.

Our COO was responsible for identifying American Executive Centers. We were looking for a professional space that would provide our employees with a good workplace setting. Our main priority was to find a place that would be flexible and accommodating to our company’s needs.

The center is easy to find and located right off major roads. There are lots of restaurant options for lunch or client meetings. The staff is very nice. They maintain the office space and provide a clean office environment. There are shared conference rooms which are really nice giving you the ability to host larger meetings outside the internal meetings we have in our regular office.

The management is very helpful with answering questions and providing feedback when we need help. If you have an issue, you know who to contact. Happy Hours once a month gives us the opportunity to network with the other companies located within our shared office space.

AEC provides a nice shared office environment allowing our employees to work together in person while not having to commit to a long-term lease like most corporate offices require.

I would be happy to recommend AEC as an option to any companies like us in the area!

We choose American Executive Centers because the location on Route 73 is incredible. It’s centrally located to all of our employees as well as the ease of access to our client base. The center is super easy to find located on the corner of Route 73 and Greentree Road in Marlton.

The center has a friendly atmosphere and is run very efficiently. The staff has been friendly and accommodating. When we need to reserve a conference room for staff or client meetings it is very easy to book and secure the reservation.

I have been to other office centers and have found that this is a nicer facility that what I have seen in the area. Our company is building new technology which is time consuming. There are business services available at the center; however, we have not had a need to use them.

The office is convenient and the people and staff are friendly!

As a employee in a real estate investment advising company, I have an in-house office at AEC Radnor. I chose this location because of its close proximity to my home and is a class A facility. It’s less than 2 miles away, and that is my favorite part about it. Another great advantage of the location is being so close to the Blue Route and the Septa Train Station. This allows great access to nearly anywhere in the area.
I truly enjoy having my office here. I don’t need a lot of support services, but the employees are very responsive to the needs that I do have. I ask them to handle quite a bit of scanning of documents. They handle this task well. In addition, I often have them help me with sending out FedEx/UPS overnight packages. They also provide very professional phone answering services. Very often, I am in the office close to their closing hour of 5:30. The team member that has the closing shift is really very helpful to me when I need to do a late overnight shipment. She’s always very pleasant and responsive, even though I come to her at the last minute. She handles my requests efficiently and with a smile. The employee that opens the center is great too. I am often in the office early, and she is a warm and welcoming person.

Our company, Law Vault, is the cloud-based document exchange application that allows attorneys to exchange documents, access documents, and schedule depositions with their adversaries through an easy to use, secure online portal. When we needed an office I reached out to a real estate broker associate of mine who recommended that I visit American Executive Centers.

The center is conveniently located near major highways including Routes 295, 73, 70 and the New Jersey Turnpike. We were able to utilize the business support services including their graphic artist who designed advertisements and handouts detailing our company and services.

The center provides me with networking opportunities to meet attorneys and explain our services. I would recommend AEC as a convenient location to have your business and point out the business support services they offer.

I decided to make the change from a long-time position and start my own health care consulting practice. This was no easy transition since starting a practice with no clients required many skills other than those of practicing law. Coming to AEC really helped me with all of the back office issues that could have cropped up.
I was able to depend on Kathy and her team to provide me with a furnished office, a phone number, a great address, not to mention a professional staff to handle any secretarial or IT needs. The great thing about AEC is that staff is on-site to assist when needed. If there is no need for this assistance, there is no fee. However, it is nice to know that I have competent backup if necessary.

In order to facilitate a collegial environment, Kathy offers several office networking events and I am usually able to make it to a few of them each year. The events are always a very pleasant experience.

The location of the Philadelphia office has been really outstanding. More importantly, Kathy has always been on top of things and any issue that has arisen has been addressed in record time.

I have recommended several people to AEC and will continue to do so.

I've been with American Executive Center for nearly a year now, and it was the best choice I could've made, when I started my business mid-year in 2013. Facilities and services were everything they promised and MORE... but the real surprise was the wonderful staff and all the extras they provide! Networking 'happy hours' they do each month - quarterly holiday parties - free seminars from Linked-In and Sandler Sales
Training ( on very useful subjects, such as 'how to get the most out of events" to "how to maximize the referrals you get." I was able to use these new skills within hours of attending the sessions. The whole AEC experience has been terrific for me!

Our experience at AEC at 2 Penn Center was exceedingly positive. Staff there were consistently gracious and flexible. They helped to turn a tricky transition time for our organization into a very productive one. We also enjoyed all of the soft touches such as, tenant receptions and low key holiday celebrations. I am an attorney that specializes in Social Security Disability and SSI cases serving the New Jersey and Philadelphia areas. I was previously referred to the center by one of it’s other clients and have maintained a presence there for over 10 years. American Executive Center's Marlton location is a convenient location for my clients with easy access from Route 73 which makes it easy for my clients to find me in Marlton.

The staff is very responsible and professional. They create a friendly atmosphere for both me and my clients. They have a wide range of amenities that cater to just about any of your needs. The center was newly updated with a nice eat-in kitchen, upgraded Board Room, Conference Room and Meeting Rooms. I am able to call the center when needed to schedule an appointment in the office. Everyone is very personal and professional.

I appreciate the way the staff handles my incoming phone calls and welcomes my clients when they arrive in the center. I was given my own Marlton phone number which is answered onsite by the staff with my own personal greeting. When someone leaves a voicemail message, it is forwarded to my email so that I am made immediately aware. This feature allows me to quickly respond to any client requests.

I am continuing to build my law practice. The economy has created more disability inquiries as well as the need for thorough screening to filter out non-viable cases. The availability of office space, the professional way that the staff handles incoming phone calls/requests, and the security and reliability of the mail system are all aspects of the services and space that I would point out to anyone looking to open their own company!

Our team needed a space to meet for training and also for meeting clients and interviewing recruits. I checked out the American Executive Centers website and then called to ask about the training room.
I loved the rapid response I got when I called and after speaking to the manager of the Bala location, decided to come in for a tour. I really appreciated the warm welcome I received from the staff and the attention to detail that American Executive Centers put into their presentation and tour of their facility.
Since becoming a client, I have found that they put the same effort into working with clients that they do to their tour. I particularly like that they offer opportunities for networking and also educational seminars on topics that are relevant, like their series on LinkedIn.
In the future I can see taking advantage of some of the marketing assistance they offer such as email blasts. I would highly recommend AEC to businesses in need of professional meeting room space and support services.
