In my business I am on call pretty much 24/7. One of the best things about American Executive Centers is that they are so attentive to detail. Everything gets done for you here. One example is that when I receive a package from Fedex, they call me and give me the date and time received, and who the package is from. This service has saved me a trip into the office on more than one occasion. By leaving detailed information, I can determine if it’s important and I have to come and pick it up or that it can wait.
I like the new upgrades, the new kitchen and the fact that we kept the other kitchen near my office. One thing that might be added would be a soap dispenser for the kitchens.

The Marlton American Executive Center's location is convenient and easy to find. It is located on Route 73 and Greentree Road in Marlton and is accessible to major highways. It is also located across the street from the Whole Foods shopping center, which is a recognizable landmark for our clients.

The center is clean, updated and has good ambiance. It is a nice, pleasant place to work with a professional atmosphere. My favorite amenities are the parties that the Center Manager, Rita, hosts. This year we had an Opening Day of Baseball Party, their annual “Pie Day” at Thanksgiving and the client holiday luncheon in December. At the holiday luncheon Rita also invited a magician who performed close up magic, mind reading and palmistry. It was amazing and he had everyone entertained. These events give us a chance to meet the other people in the suite in an informal setting. Whenever we hear a “bell” ring it means that something fun is going to happen.

Along with being a nice place to work, the staff is very professional. Our clients are greeted by a friendly front desk concierge. People entering the center could think that this center was our whole office. The staff even knows how to handle difficult clients whether on the phone or in person.

Our accounting firm has been able to gain work from other clients in the center. This suite provides the perfect opportunity to network with other types of businesses and refer work to each other. We work with attorneys in the suite who provide us with work that keeps us busy after tax season. If we had an office elsewhere we would be isolated and not have this opportunity for new business!

I joined American Executive Centers as a full time office client in the Plymouth Meeting location over a year ago. When I decided that it was better for my practice to be located in downtown Philadelphia, I obviously considered space with AEC since I was already happy with them in their suburban location. I like the traditional office feel at AEC and I think that better fits my practice.

The location works because it's close to all the major courthouses - the civil courts in City Hall, the criminal justice center, and the federal courts / bankruptcy hearing locations. It's also much more accessible for potential clients who live in Philadelphia proper. The staff is also very professional and friendly. If you haven’t heard me say how much I appreciate them, please let them know!

While it's not the cheapest solution, I would certainly recommend AEC to other solo attorneys - another attorney friend originally recommended AEC in the first place to me, and I would certainly do the same!

In my work as a financial advisor, quality work/meeting space with a professional ambiance and staff is vitally important. AEC Radnor provides both “A" quality space and “A" quality staff. Currently, I use AEC Radnor to meet with clients by appointment. I also use some of their other locations as well.
My main suggestion for improvement is for AEC to open a facility in Wilmington, DE.

As my business grows, I know that AEC can meet my future needs, whether via a more robust virtual arrangement or even sharing an office with another client. Regardless, I continue to be a happy customer."

Since leaving the DA’s office several years ago, I joined a few colleagues who have been at AEC for a number of years. It has been one of the best decisions I could have made. I am my own boss and the affordable options at AEC allow me to put my business dollars where I need them most. I couldn’t ask for a better location, the staff is phenomenal and they handle my clients very professionally.

Due to the type of practice I have, I am in and out of the City fairly quickly each day. This doesn’t leave me a lot of time to attend networking events although my intentions are to step that up a bit this year.

One of the great things that AEC does for me is making it easy to have my clients drop off cash payments at the office. The fact that I know I have reliable people there every day that can take payments, verify amounts, write receipts and even go to the bank for me, is fantastic.

I have already referred several people I know to AEC and will absolutely continue to do so!

I came to AEC in February of 2005, when I left the public defender's office after 8 years, to start my own criminal defense practice. Fast forward another 8 years and I am taking down my shingle to return to public service. However, should the opportunity ever present itself again, I would return to AEC without hesitation.

There isn't anything AEC can't do for you. From fielding calls to filing motions to fixing your home desk top, AEC does it all professionally, quickly, and economically. The word NO is simply not in their vocabulary. I will continue to recommend AEC to anyone and everyone.

Coming to AEC was a big change for us. We had been in our own space for many years and had a lot more room than we were going to be downsizing into – big challenge! From the beginning Meredith and Kathy were very accommodating to us. We had to be very specific about the room we had since we had so much to bring with us and I even had to get measurements for each of the offices before we moved in so were sure of what could come with us.

All these years later (its been 10 years already!) I still feel very much at home with everything. Kathy and her staff are professional, friendly, efficient, and personable. They take care of all the details so I can concentrate on my work and clients. I like that Kathy’s door is always open, and she is willing to assist with any issue, no matter how small.

Of the many services AEC offers, my favorite is the phone answering. I never have to deal with telemarketers. When our other offices call for me, I get positive feedback from them on how they were treated when the line was answered. I love Vinnae because she kindly handles my callers when I am busy and I can’t be disturbed.

Our target markets are very narrow, with our government clients being located in Washington, D.C. Therefore, I can’t say that I have gotten any clients via networking here at AEC. However, the networking gatherings that are held are always fun, and there are a lot of really nice people here. Even though my company is small, the warm and friendly environment in the suite makes me feel like I am part of a welcoming family.

I would, without hesitation, recommend AEC to a colleague or friend that I know is starting a new job or their own business.

As a small business owner, I wear many hats. And although that worked for a while, many hats takes a lot of time to manage. I found myself spending a lot of time doing non billable work.

I began working with AEC as a virtual client, leveraging their business support to scale. After just a few months, I rented a permanent office in their Plymouth Meeting building, and have been using all 7 locations for client meetings and training.

I have an entire team supporting me and helping me grow my business and reach my dreams. I could not do it without them!

I’m still a virtual client in Radnor. I continue to split my family law practice between my physical space in Center City where I have traditional office space and virtual space in Radnor. I meet clients that don’t want to come down town. Having the virtual office increases my physical availability to clients at very reasonable cost. Plus, I have used staff from the Philadelphia office to assist in my Philly physical office when the need arises. This has worked really well for me.
The image that AEC Radnor gives me is perfect for my practice. I wanted my virtual office to present my practice as being professional, solid, and high-quality. I was fearful that it might appear "fly-by-night". The location's convenience with lots of parking, the space is well-appointed, and the staff very polished...top notch! AEC at Radnor (and Philly) amply fulfills this requirement for me. I’m a very happy customer.

As President of a 30-year-old consulting firm, I've rented space at the American Executive Centers in Center City Philadelphia for the last 18 months. I am very happy with the space, the furnishings, the staff and the general atmosphere there. I would recommend it to anyone needing short-term space and wishing to be free of administrative details. The pricing met my needs as well.

The location of American Executive Centers is easy to find. I tell my visitors that it is located near the Friday’s restaurant on Route 73 in Marlton. I have been a client here at the center for many years and have found it to be a good place to work.

The center is well run by the Center Manager. The current manager, Rita, has been here for over 13 years and does a great job with updating the clients on any issues or events. The staff is very friendly. They answer my phone and sign for packages while I travel. Each year I have an end of the year large mailing project that needs to be completed. I used to have my associate help me with the mailing but now I rely on the support staff of American Executive Centers. They are very professional, no fooling around and easy to work with on the project each year.

I receive my invoices via email. This has been a good upgrade. They also post the detail of the invoice on the internet. It details my expenses in an abbreviated format. It would be nice if there was more detail to the descriptions of the charges but it has not been too much of a problem.

My favorite events of the center are the client parties. This gives me an opportunity to leave my office and visit with the other clients. When the staff rings a bell around the center it means that there is a party going on and that there will be food and drinks. This year we had a Phillies party, summer party, Thanksgiving pie day and holiday party. And the best part is- they are free!

I used to be in another executive center in Princeton, NJ before moving down to South Jersey and into American Executive Centers. This center is much nicer, cleaner and friendlier. I would highly recommend and am verbally adding a 6th star to the rating!

I am an Investment Advisor who after extensive online research decided to tour a few office centers in the Marlton area. I had a tour with the Center Manager, Rita, and decided to sign an agreement with American Executive Centers because of her and her staff.
The center is located in a good central location in Marlton on the corners of Route 73 and Greentree Rd. The building is Class A office space and is very well maintained.What I like most about the way the center is run is the response time. Whenever I need anything it is quickly handled by Rita or her staff. The staff is very friendly and I have had an opportunity to use their business support services. I have also been able to network with other neighbors in the suite. The industries that work best for me to network with are attorneys and CPAs. If I had a tour with someone in my industry I would point out the Class A office space, business address, and business support services.
Referrals and networking are the key pillars to my business and American Executive Centers provides opportunities to meet others located within the suite and local business people. They also host free business seminars. I was able to participate in a LinkedIn seminar recently that was great!

I opened my law firm at the Marlton American Executive Centers location over 7 years ago. I found their company through an advertisement. The center is located in a great location in Marlton and has excellent free parking!

The center is beautifully decorated and is well maintained. It has everything that a small business or solo practitioner would need to succeed. What I like most about the center is that the staff is very accommodating. The front desk concierge always goes the extra mile for my clients and me.

I do not think I ever have had an opportunity to utilize any business support or IT services that they provide in the center; however, there are numerous occasions where I have been billed for items that are unexplainable or for a call when I have instructed all calls to go to voice mail.

The best industries for me to work with are legal, real estate and accounting. Due to the recession there are less and less solo practitioners. If I had someone that was looking for an office I would recommend American Executive Centers and point out their excellent phone and staffing regarding messages, mail and emergent matters. I have visited other executive centers and the AEC Marlton center is nicer and has better educated staff.

Again, it has everything a small business or solo practitioner would need!

I was previously a client of Regus in Westlake for almost three years, needed administrative support and since they don't offer that service I was considering hiring a part time person. My office was not large enough for two people and they wanted to double my rent for a slightly larger office, or triple my rent for a more comfortable two person office. At the time, their center was about 40% vacant so I didn't quite understand their logic.
To check market rates, I called American Executive Centers and discussed my situation. After asking me about my needs, they suggested I move to the King of Prussia center and use their Business Support Services instead of hiring someone. I decided to meet with them and their BSS representatives to discuss it further. I was skeptical about using their employees for my administrative support, due to the confidential nature of my business, but once I met the staff, my skepticism went completely away. I felt confident they could do a fine job and would meet the high standards that my business and my clients require.
From the first day, I noticed a remarkable difference in the quality of the staff at American Executive Centers, compared to my experience at Regus. Their organization's professionalism is evident in everything they do, and they clearly care about my business and my clients. There is a "family" atmosphere at American Executive Centers that just doesn't exist at Regus, and I consider them partners in my business.

I had office space in Philadelphia with American Executive Centers and loved it! My clients were downtown, there was easy access to all the main roads and I could get over to NJ with ease when I needed to. Then my son was born.
I live in West Chester so commuting back and forth stated to get old. Then my clientele changed and I was spending more time in the suburbs than in Philadelphia and NJ. I wanted to be home earlier and traffic was not cooperating. I started to realize that to be happy I was going to have to leave American Executive Centers and find space in the suburbs…I mentioned this to their leasing department expecting them to try and talk me into staying. They did…but with a great alternative.
I had no idea that AEC had several locations. I’m sure I was told but didn’t listen since it wasn’t important to me. Now it was.
The woman in leasing told me there were offices in Radnor, Malvern and King of Prussia…all perfect locations for me to consider. But, wasn’t moving going to be a hassle? My address, my phone number…my STUFF! I was told not to worry, to go look at the spaces and decide where I’d like to be.
Not only am I now in the King of Prussia location…my commute has been cut in half, I can even run home if I want to. The location in Philadelphia is handling forwarding all mail and calls that come through and they actually boxed my office contents and move them for me while I was on vacation!
So yes, I had to leave American Executive Centers but thankfully only by location!

It’s great when everything works the way you anticipate. However, there are often unforeseen factors that cause you to have to change direction. One of those situations occurred recently at my company, causing us to close a relatively new office in King of Prussia.

Looking back over the past year, the staff at the King of Prussia AEC has always welcomed me warmly. I have flown in from the west coast to check on my east coast reps every few months. The last time, however, I was coming in to let my rep in King of Prussia go. This was not a visit I was looking forward to.

After meeting with my rep I needed to meet with Gwen, the center manager. Gwen had provided top shelf service since the first time we visited, and I needed to give her the news and discuss logistics going forward.

There was the problem of incoming calls. I didn’t want callers going to voicemail and I really wanted them to be handled by my rep in another field office not too far away. But, I also didn’t want the callers to have the feeling they were being transferred too many times. Gwen worked with me to have the calls forwarded directly, bypassing the (again, top shelf - and darn nice) reception desk. This has worked seamlessly, without any issues or disconnects.

In addition, as mail and packages are delivered, the support staff is forwarding everything on a weekly basis to that same field office. Lastly, I needed the office packed up and shipped to corporate. The support staff took care of that as well, in the way you would were you to do it yourself. That's what makes the King of Prussia team so good to work with - you know they care and will take the time to do it right the first time.

I wish we had been able to keep our office there going. Similarly, I wish I could package up the King of Prussia AEC team and place them into all of our other locations. They are an excellent solution for your business, whether a start-up or one more seasoned. They "get it" and are sure to impress you.

I just wanted to share with you how happy I am with Tami’s work on our recent 300 piece mailing.

These mailings are the lifeblood of our practice and Tami made the process seamless.

The piece looked very professional and was mailed on time with very little direction from me.

I was skeptical of the “virtual office” concept when we first decided to use this office strategy but, thanks to Tami, I am now a true believer.

Anyone thinking that being “virtual” is like being invisible is mistaken. Thank you to Tami and the rest of the team at AEC King of Prussia! We have the image of having an office without having the costs associated with a fulltime office.

If you are looking for a team that can handle your needs (both expected and unexpected), you may have just found them! We have been very pleased with their service but most of all their attitude and willingness to make things work.

The array of services they offer is guaranteed to have something you need at a price you can afford. I recommend them highly.

My business has grown over the last year. I’m still using 6 out of the 7 locations of AEC while being based out of the Radnor location. The model is perfect for my divorce mediation business.
The experience hasn’t gone without problems, however. While using the locations is perfect, using services in the locations is a hazard. It’s nice that there are staff members in place to welcome my clients and show them to the proper meeting room. The business model for providing services is such that the staff offer services that they eventually charge for. I don’t like the surprise of seeing additional charges on my monthly bill for things I didn’t request. This is hugely problematic for me.
I met with the Radnor center manager recently, and I think we have a work around for this problem. She has agreed to check my invoice the day it comes out for charges that may not be valid. She has also asked the other managers to instruct their staff to be aware that we don’t want extra charges for services. I appreciate this extra step. It shows me that AEC wants its clients to be satisfied. We’ll continue to use them in the future as our business grows.

AEC can be as much or as little as you need. Our mortgage company was a start-up in 1991 when we first moved into American Executive Centers in King of Prussia. Initially our requirements and budget were very modest. As our needs have changed over the years AEC has been right there to accommodate us.

The best thing about AEC is their commitment to excellence. It all starts with Gwen (the "Navy Seal of Office Managers") and filters down through everyone in the organization. Her entire team is dedicated to ensuring that every client's needs are addressed professionally and promptly. Whether it's setting up for a big meeting or simply sending a package, AEC handles every issue calmly and courteously. After 23 years of consistent excellent service I have total confidence that my clients' visits and calls with be handled perfectly, and that's a great feeling!
