We purchased a Bespoke in August 2023 and it was installed in Septemeber 2023. After 2 1/2 weeks, the battery went dead. It is not charging correctly!!! Ameriglide replaced the batteries on October 21, 2023 and again, it worked for about 15 days!! It now has been sitting for 2 months out of the 5 months we have had it. It only worked for about 30 days total out of the 5 months!!! I have been hung up on, no one returned phone calls and the supervisor never called me at my request!!! All I hear is escuses!!! After calling several times after the holidays, which customer service sent and email on Dec. 21 saying it would be after the holidays and I waited!!! Finally, we are told somone would be out on Jan 13th. But, on Jan 12th, the installer called and said we would have to pay $200.00 for the service call!!! I said we would not pay because the chair hasn't worked properly since it was installed. He said he would call Ameriglide to see if they would pay the fee and if there was a problem, he would call back. Well, no one ever called, no one ever showed up!!! We are now contacting an attorney to get our money back!! To sum up: We wasted $4000.00!!!! These chairs are for our elderly and disabled for the most part, and this comapany is taking their money!!! Some one needs to put this company out of business!!!!!!

Does not Install per website. Rep said they do that to get people to call in so they can sell.

Do not buy any products from Ameri glide. They don’t provide any good products service if any thing goes wrong with it. My dad is an amputee and this stir lift has been giving us issues since the day we purchased it. Now we need a key replacement and they told us that they have discontinued the product, why?, their products should be life time due to the disable community. The rudeness behind it was another issue. Now we have to buy a complete new chair that cost $3000 and more depending on what they offer. Every time this is what they tell you

Working with the technician for Atlas platform lifts was professional in all aspects. Eric listened and based on the symptoms I described; he offered proper guidance. Based on his guidance I was able to address the issue by realigning the sensor switches to the sensor plates for the second level of a three-level unit. This makes me a happy customer.

I’m very dissappointed with Ameriglide service. M’y sales personne was Caleb High.He sold me a stairlift and told me the process for the install. Hé told me that the delivery was going to Call me prior to delivery so I can havé the delivery co. Drop of in the garage. No one vallée me and the product boxes were dropped of in front of the house. I had to havé friends help to move into the garage. Caleb did not tell me that the installation was going to be done by a second party company. The second party installation compact is Delstal. The installer is Victor Rhodes. I Called Victor to get an appointment set to havé m’y stairlift installed. After talking to Victor, hé told me his schedule and basically hé told me that hé will get to me when hé can. Hé Said hé will Call me 2 days prior but still the he wasnt the sure because his schedule could change. So now I havé boxes in my garage but no clue when they can really be installed. Ilm not very happy with Ameriglide.

Eric was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in resolving some wiring setup issues and switch adjustments with our AR-130 unit. We are enjoying our elevator. Thank you

Their sales person Ronel Louis stole my wired deposit and took off. Ameriglide did not stand behind it because they claim they never got paid from the thief -Yet they know him and did nothing about it. Ronel Louis do not do business with him- run!

My mother is being released from rehab today and when I called AmeriGlide changed the price. They said we were far away and needed to up charge. I had a price and specifically asked about installation and was told it was included.

Stopped in Southport location, I believe his name was James, he was super helpful in helping me find solutions for ramp for my brother.
He followed up 3 days in row. I ended up with 2 ramps for doorway and wheelchair. Thank you

Ordered and paid $11,990.91 for a lift on 5/23/23. I was told that it would arrive on or before Aug 1. Aug 30, 2023 I still have no lift, no shipping information, and the salesman will not return any of my email
or text for the last two weeks. I’ve left messages with Customer Service and they have not returned my calls either.

I purchased a handicap lift in 2015, for a local restaurant. I have had nothing but issues, from the door frame being out of square to the lift tripping a 20 Amp circuit breaker in the power panel. This lift is outside and rusty in many areas.
If a unit is to be located on the exterior of a building, it should be powder coated. This has been negative experience and I will never recommend any of your products. One star is still too much for this company.

We had a vertical platform lift free fall 12' due to the coupler breaking. Very unsafe lift.

I worked with Cameron Bright on purchasing an outdoor stair lift. He was thorough and always responded to all my inquiries. The product was delivered within 2 weeks of placing my order. I installed the unit myself and I am happy with the results. All in all a good experience.

We waited a year for our outdoor elevator . Only to then get a model we did not order . It does not work after 2 months of having it installed . Mathieu the president offers modification parts 3 months ago . We are still waiting . We can not get answers . They will not take the unit back . We paid over $23,000 up front to order from a dealer . The dealer has tried helping but he can’t even get answers from them , reading so many reviews all with similar issues on different products . This is a horrible company . How they are still in business is mind boggling. Do not buy an Ameriglide product. If your lucky it will work and if your not you may as well gone to a casino.

I have had your outdoor chair lift for 3 years end it has been repaired at least four times. The remote controls have never worked. Your wireless handheld units are cheap pieces of crap. I have replaced the batteries numerous times and they might work for one trip. That's it. When I called your main office, they were absolutely no help since my dealer disappeared. I fortunately found an independent. Repairman who is keeping it working.

The first time I filled the bathtub following the installation of the walk-in conversion kit, the tub leaked. However, in the years since, it has never again leaked--for which I am grateful!

The require payment in full prior to installation. Once you pay, they never respond to any calls or emails. I paid $35000 for an elevator with sales person Taylor and it is still not working. Parts are missing and I do not think I can ever get them

Stairlift installed on May 18, 2023. Stopped working May 26. 8 beeps error alarm. Tried a little troubleshooting but unsuccessful. He told me to call salesman who told me to call Harmer the manufacturer. Mfg told me to call Ameriglide. Talked to salesman again who connected me with svc dept. That call was disconnected. I called svc dept back. Someone picked up phone then hung up. I called back and left msg. Then sent txt to salesman and svc dept. Called customer service dept and was told to call Dellstar so they could initiate w/o for repair paperwork. May 31 left msg for Dellstar. To date June 7, no one at AmeriGlide nor Dellstar ever returned calls, txt, or msg. Was finally able to get chair to work by jiggling wires several times. This is only a temporary solution.

My father ordered a stair lift from this company when my mother was in the ICU getting treatment. She was having difficulty going up and down stairs before going to the hospital. The lift was delivered while my mother was in the ICU getting treatments and unfortunately she ended up passing away a week later. We called this company for a return and to get a refund, but they flat out refused. They would not allow us to return the lift without paying 4X the cost of shipping and an exorbitant, ridiculous restocking fee that would have cost the same as buying the lift outright. Their excuse was to blame the installer, saying the installation was already scheduled (it was not) and they couldn’t break their terms with their (3rd party) installer. Now we are stuck with an expensive chair lift that no one needs. I would be very cautious doing business with this company and I would not recommend them based on our experience. I would give zero stars if I could.

I installed a Rave 2 stairlift yesterday. It arrived well packed and with all of the needed parts. It took less than 3 hours for the installation. If you are reasonably handy you can easily do it. Make sure to have all the recommended tools on hand, including the extension bit for your drill/driver. I would also recommend a rubber hammer. Be sure to watch the video on measuring for your stairlift before ordering. My biggest fear was that my measurements might be off, but everything was dimensionally correct. Also watch the installation video on youtube ("How to Install the AmeriGlide Rave 2 Stair lift"). That was easy to follow and more straightforward for me than the installation manual. A few of the components are heavy. If possible, it may be easier to unbox in your garage and then carry pieces in individually. I ordered online and didn't need to call anyone for help so I can't comment on that side of the transaction. The unit performs well so I am certainly satisfied considering the reduced DIY cost. My only comment is that an email and shipment tracking number would have been appreciated. I had no idea when it would show up. I think this should be an automatic communication.
