Neelam Trinkha did our very complex and tricky lease extension on our flat. She was relentless in getting the right documents, the right wording, chasing up and pursuing other parties involved. Honestly, with the complexities, freeholder and processes they navigated means I have nothing but good words for them, I doubt most would have got it through. We were referred to Amphlett Lissimore to handle the conveyancing for our first property purchase. Overall we were very happy with the service provided, Vursha was always very helpful and supportive, and her work was extremely thorough, so we felt confident that we would get the best possible service at all times.

There were a few hiccups along the way initially, since I believe the person first assigned to us left the company, and when Vursha took over we had to re-send some of the documents and re-clarify some things. Like the fact that we are first time buyers and didn't need to pay stamp duty, which was repeatedly put down incorrectly and we had to ask to change it.

In the end the amount we paid was significantly higher than what was initially quoted due to some additional charges for extra work, which was unpleasant but not unexpected, as I've been told this is quite normal.

Overall we were very happy with the service provided and how it was handled, and I would recommend your services to others.
