Geetha was professional and helpful. The process was very slow and communication could have been better (I had to do a lot of chasing), but I appreciated Geetha’s persistence with the seller’s solicitors particularly towards the end of the process.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Amphlett Lissimore, especially the regular communication and support from Nicola Curtis, with assistance from Jasmine Dunne and supervision by Claire Pays. The team managed both my sale and purchase.

During the sale, Nicola was particularly helpful in dealing with a number of queries from the buyers. She helped us remain firm and assertive, but always courteous, which meant we didn’t have to make unnecessary concessions and the sale went through smoothly. We used Claire as our conveyancer for purchasing our first home and she was incredible. Both her and her assistant were very responsive and professional and we had no doubt over the quality of her work. I used Amphlett Lissimore for the purchase of a property in Tooting with Joe Matthews out of the Crystal Palace office. Joe and team were great keeping me regularly updated on the purchase of my new home. He many times would respond to my emails and many questions the same day which made me feel assured that things were progressing. Fees were also better then some other solicitors in London. I would highly recommend.

- He was very professional and very knowledgeable.
- He responded promptly to my phone calls and emails even after post completion date.
- He was always available for any concerns or questions that I might have.
- He readily gave advice and caution where necessary.
- In short, he was always there for me when I needed him. And finally, he got the job done after 3 months.
- A word of caution, Amphlett Lissimore is not cheap like the online Conveyancers.
But it's better to pay more and get the job done than pay cheaper and spend 6 months to a year to get the job done.
