Great Experience at Nissan Ancaster
I’ve been coming to this dealership for years, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. During my recent visit, they made sure to keep me updated throughout the process, which helped put me at ease. Easy process
I found the whole process quite straightforward. The collection and redelivery of my car made things so much easier, as I could focus on other things during the day. The driver was friendly and helpful, which put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly, so there wasn’t much to worry about.

I dealt with Luke during my visit, and I have to say he made the process feel very comfortable. He was highly professional but also very personable, which put me at ease right away. There was no pressure at any point, and he took the time to understand what I needed without pushing anything on me. His approach felt natural and genuine, which really stood out. Having run a company myself in the past, I can recognise someone with a strong work ethic and great people skills, and Luke has both in abundance. It’s clear that he’s an asset to Hyundai, and I truly hope his efforts are valued as they should be. The experience left me feeling confident about my decision thanks to his professionalism.

I attended for my vehicle MOT and Vern on the Service Desk was very helpful. I thought extra work was needed based on comments from my previous MOT, but he explained those comments clearly and reassured me that the work could be scheduled by the next MOT.
