Absolute scam.

Ordered side mirrors. Payment goes through to "u-design boutique gifts" instead of their own company. Order in October and its now December, still no package. Have emailed multiple times and his response was that it will be sent out out ASAP. Do not buy or trust from this company. I wish I did my research and saw the other reviews of people in the same situation.

UPDATE: Owner has personally emailed me to request that i remove the review. I was told he resent my items, but again, couldn't provide tracking details (shock horror - no items have been received). He has claimed he has sent through a refund ( a week ago now), but no refund has been received. I have not sent him my account details or PayPal details for a refund to be sent through. Again, furthers belief that this is a scam.

Ordered wing mirror a month ago still haven't received package. When I chased it 3 weeks ago they said it had been dispatched by Royal Mail but no tracking number, which is odd because I asked for a courier.

I chased again today, they said it was delivered on the 6th, signed for by Shed, but won't provide any tracking details or provide refund.

Complete scam. Avoid.

To be honest Andy answered every email always doing every thing to get the part I needed ,never a problem was very concerned when the part was not delivered becuse of the postal service and promised if it did get lost he would have a new one sent out with another company ,I will use again there a good company to deal with buy with confidence you have a good retailer ready and willing to go that extra mile to keep his costumers happy and on the road

I recently ordered a wing mirror back cover for my Ford CMax. After going through a detailed request for info to ensure he had the correct colour in stock, it was confirmed as shipped. After waiting a week it had not been delivered so contacted Andy's again. He advised it had used Royal Mail, said he would send a second cover using DPD. This one arrived 4 days later - great service PLUS Ford parts price was £95, Andy's £35, including shipping

Had a little wait for my item but was promptly sorted so great customer service

Andy’s service was brilliant, courier lost my original order and Andy sent a new one next day with a different courier that arrived quickly. 10/10 would recommend

Ordered a wing mirror cover. Took forever to arrive - chased several times but he didn’t seem to know what was happening - due to family illness (this comes up in reviews from time to time). When it did arrive it did not fit. Long story short, posted it back (after a long exchange of emails doubting my story) and then had to chase refund - again many times. Finally recd this after a few weeks but out of pocket by nearly £8 for delivery and return p and p. Meanwhile the cost of a correct cover has now gone up so a lose lose situation. Sorry, not a good experience.

Ordered parts but never turned up. Communication by email is hard work and the phone rings out constantly. Had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. If for some strange reason you must order from here, only do so by credit card or PayPal so you are protected.

Straight forward transaction, part is as described. Slight issue with the mail network but this was remedied with great communication from the seller with a potential alternative solution. Will be definitely using again!

I ordered a mirror cover for my vehicle and was given prompt and courteous service .The item was delivered thru international shipping via Royal Mail , the mirror cover is Perect , painted with the correct color .Andy's auto parts put up with my annoying emails responded with professionalism. To anyone who will use them DO SO without hesitation ,I was in the automotive field for over 45 years and have never received such great service ,kudos to Andy's auto parts as will definitely use them again .Many many thank you
