It was very good the communication was great
And amazing

I cannot recommend Anisten Homes in particular Jaishree highly enough. From start to finish, Jaishree, Abdul the whole team were professional, approachable, and genuinely caring.
Selling a property can be stressful, especially when there are family complexities involved, but they handled everything with patience, empathy, and understanding. They were incredibly supportive throughout the process.
Most importantly, Jaishree, the team treated my elderly father with kindness, dignity, and respect, ensuring he felt supported every step of the way. They were like a family. Their communication was excellent, and they always acted with professionalism and integrity.
Thank you to the entire team for your hard work, compassion, and dedication. I would not hesitate to recommend Anisten Homes to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients.

The gold standard of property management Ayesha Ameen is simply unmatched.
In an industry so often defined by stress and delays, Ayesha Ameen operates in a league of her own. She didn’t just handle my property needs with razor-sharp efficiency, she turned the entire process into an absolute masterclass in poise, precision, and genuine care. Ayesha doesn’t just manage properties; she lifts the weight off your shoulders before you even realize you're carrying it.
If you are working with Anisten Homes, do yourself a favor and ask for Ayesha Ameen. She isn't just an asset to her agency, she is the definition of excellence.

With immense gratitude,
Nadia

I am extremely disappointed with Anisten Homes. They cannot be trusted. As Landlord I gave them my house for last 9 years, it was so stressful as we didn't receive expected level of service and house has been poory managed and left in a really bad condition. You have to keep chasing them as half of the staff are either part time or not available. I am still awaiting for our 1 month rent to be paid. Not good service at all. Thinking of moving away to another letting agent.

I have dealt with Anistenhomes for many years and have always had a great experience. Nusrat and Poonam have always been very helpful throughout!

I've been dealing with Anisten Homes for the last 5 years and I can honestly say my experience with them has been effortless. I receive my funds consistently each month, and if there are any issues (which is rare) I am immediately informed and the situation is dealt with swiftly. Nusrat Wazir is especially helpful, answering questions promptly and making me feel at ease. I can't rate them enough.

It was very good the communication was great

As a Landlord we have been with Anistenhomes over 10 years. The only reason we are with them because of their dedicated staff Nusrat . Any problems or difficulties we faced she is there and tried to resolve the problems with a positive understanding and treating it as her own . We have a feeling that she is a born professional with a caring mind .

Excellent management service. Accessible and helpful. I dealt with Nus most times. She is great

Had my property with Aniston Holmes for 9 years—always smooth and reliable. Rent is always on time, great tenants, and they keep everything well managed. Excellent customer service Very happy!

Nusrat Wazir is a very helpful and responsive member of Anisten Homes Team. She helped me during multiple occasion.Despite the facts some of the situation was stressful her response was very professional.

Nusrat Wazir has helped us alot. She's very kind and helpful

I have been a landlord with Anistenhomes and main dealings have been with Nus ( lettings manager ) - customer service is on point.

The whole team , including Abdul, Ayesha and Hina including the manager Anita.

I highly recommend the team !

Highly recommended very professional approach & friendly way of dealing from Nusrat Wazir, Thank you so much for your efforts and cooperation.
Good people to deal with.
Once again Nusrat Wazir thank you.
Keep it up. 👍👍👍

We had a wonderful experience with Anistenhomes!

A very big thank you to Anita, who was incredibly understanding, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Even though we were unable to gain access to one of the properties, Anita went out of her way to assist us and helped connect us with the customer. Her support and willingness to help truly stood out.

Overall, our experience was smooth and pleasant. We would highly recommend Anistenhomes and would be more than happy to work with them again in the future.

Extremely efficient and helpful service. The agent was patient and especially helpful providing all information asked. And making the whole experience especially moving in stress free. Thank you for all your friendly help.

Avoid this agent if your planning to let out your property. Once you hand over your keys and a tenant is found. No inspections take place as agreed prior to agreeing to letting the property out.

The contractors that they use scam landlords, carrying out dodgy electric and gas certificates and without fail, the contractor will fail the inspection to attempt to get more money from the landlord. I've sent contractors that I found online a few days later and they confirm my property is in good condition for gas and electric, surprise surprise... I get my certificates issued with no fuss.

Point to add to this, they have charged to replace garden lights in my property with their so called contractors but on inspection, the lights that are still there are the ones I had fitted a year beforehand.

The contract between agent and landlord.. complete scam yet again with a never ending contract which forces fees on the landlord which is completely unfair.. don't even think this is legal but will further investigate this matter.

Also to add, when we agreed a rental increase and instructed anisten homes to agree with the tenants. I was told it was accepted but later found out that the tenant agreed paying anisten homes more than agreed with anisten home not informing me of this... scammers again..

Can see that they are using many of their friends to leave positive reviews on Google but this will not fool everyone.

I strongly recommend to use another agent and avoid these scammers.

This company has a property next door to my disabled pensioner mother and they have left her with a broken fence line for almost 10years. Even when they had tenants with dangerous dogs this fence line never got fixed properly with Bodge job after bodge job repairs done by cowboy repairmen leaving it dangerous for anyone going in her garden. Even when they evicted the tenants with the dangerous dogs and had ample opportunity to get this fixed, they still never got this done. All I have had when I deal with this company is lies and delays. This company has no moral sense of responsibility to the wider community in which they operate and only seem to care about their profits…
Whether you are looking to rent or a landlord avoid this company at all costs!….
