Never again. Their refund policy is an absolute joke. There is no way they should be hanging onto the money for so long. They have had my goods back and confirmed it for 21 days already. If I get no response next week I’ll be contacting my bank for a charge back and I will never order from them again. I wish I’d read the reviews on here before ordering. And they keep emailing wanting investment money! You have got to be joking.

No reply to a number of emails .. returned as per policy and sent as per instructions but no refund or reply to my several emails .. reporting to trading standards as I’m fed up of waiting… very poor nearly a month since I returned my item 4 emails no response

Buttons fell off sleeves after one wear. Shrunk to half the size in the wash after following washing advice. Very poor quality item and not worth the £85 price tag!

Nice enough products, but BEWARE the returns policy in relation to sale items.
'Refund Policy' and 'Returns' are two separate links on their website.
On the 'Refund Policy' web page, there is no mention of the fact that sale items are only refundable if RECEIVED by the company within 14 days of the ORDER being made. This is only discussed on the 'Returns' page.
I think it is slightly misleading for this information to be across two separate web pages - when I ordered the products, I read the 'Refund Policy' and didn't think to scan for another link with further information. This information also certainly wasn't mentioned in the email I received 'accepting' the return - another unusual way in which this company operates, having to apply for a return.
A policy like this penalises the customer for any delay you had in receiving the order, or returning your order, by the hands of the delivery/courier service. It is difficult to believe that during the mail strikes anybody that bought a sale item was successful in returning it for a refund, rather than a credit note.
I won't be using the company again on the basis of this experience - apart from to use up the credit note I am now lumbered with...

After initially thinking this company was amazing l am now utterly disappointed and would urge everyone to avoid. Proof of a good company is in the returns. The second item l ordered was a lovely pattern but didn’t fit me atall so l returned it . It was a bit of an odd shape. They tried to keep my money. Eventually l got a refund but beware this company as it thinks that you are investing in it rather than the outfit. Never got a response as to why my refund didn’t meet their criteria….ie it meant them losing my money…and eventually only got my refund as a concession from the directors. I don’t want a credit note. It’s a small company. What if they don’t make anything else I like or the next thing l buy doesn’t fit and costs more. Bad customer service. Avoid unless you don’t have bills to pay.

Love my 2 dresses. They come up a bit small so the size up is defo better. I returned one and got a credit note and customer service were excellent in turning around a new bigger size in time for my holiday. Big thank you and will defo be using again!

Love my new pjs. The designs so lovely and I was impressed with the quality of the materials.

Really bad customer support. Purchased a dress and didn’t like it. No response from customer care regarding tax return or refund. The dress is sitting in my wardrobe and I’m still awaiting a reply. Nightmare. Also EU customers be warned about custom tax. It hits bad on pricing.

First time purchase for Clothing. Absolutely loved the jumper I ordered, unfortunately had to return - ordered size too big as size 10 was initially out of stock. Rachel in customer services was very helpful with returns procedure advice. Have since reordered in correct size - can’t wait to wear it, it’s beautiful

Avoid at all costs - have now emailed twice and phoned twice and cannot seem to get anywhere with the return postage of a jumper - they don't get back to you, they claim your email went in to Spam - I will now pay for return postage but will do it to Joules who this company piggy backs off. I am surprised by Joules as they are usually pretty good - do not place an order if there is even a chance you may need to return it - its impossible to return and by the other feedback here they don't refund you either. Useless company.

Returned a dress almost 3 weeks ago, no confirmation or money returned. Tried to contact multiple times and no response.

No one gets back to you through any channel.

I ordered some pjs and a doormat on the 2nd Jan. pjs arrived, doormat didn’t. Was told it was to be sent separately. Have heard nothing further a fortnight later. Have emailed twice and used Twitter and Facebook and have been ignored.

Not a sustainable company at all if they can’t handle the customer service side, it’s a real shame.

I am trying to return a dress to them which was way too big. They told me they would send me the return label by email 3 days ago. I still don't have them and no one is getting back to me. Very poor customer service

Well I’m over the moon with this company …. I ordered a door mat via Joules yesterday evening and it arrived this afternoon (free delivery) .., I have rarely received such prompt service from any company especially free delivery. I commend you especially at this time of year and in such trying circumstances. Happy new year to you 😊

I ordered what were supposed to be 100% organic cotton pyjamas. They arrived containing 6% elastane, with a synthetic feel and plastic smell. I sent them straight back but have not received a refund. Avoid!! I’ve had no response from customer service and am concerned they have no intention of refunding me after selling incorrectly described goods.

I ordered a doormat and paid for regular delivery. Even so it arrived the next day, but sadly it had a fault. I emailed and the customer service team got back to me almost immediately. I sent photos of the damaged item and they were very quick to send out a replacement the next day. I have to say that I was really pleased with how they dealt with my complaint and I would purchase from them again on the strength of this experience.

Utter rubbish!!!
Bought a duvet cover from joules, it arrived in record time but was not the quality I was hoping for.
Took 10 days of requesting a returns note for them to finally send one and the item was returned on 2nd august…… have I received a refund….. NO!!! Send various emails and nothing. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and I would avoid buying from them

I guess reassuring to see that I am not alone in my genuine surprise at how poor the customer services are. I am currently having an ongoing issue trying to get a refund for an order of towels which are one by one unravelling at the edges. Such terrible quality for the price paid. Days go by in between email responses from the team who always email late at night and don't seem to get the point of my complaint. Asked for a referral to a manager....that was confirmed as passed on 3 days ago and still nothing.....
