Me and my family recently went on holiday and we used APH for parking our car for the week. This is the first time we have used them and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. We felt that the car would be very secure and safe whilst we were away and the process was very organised and simple to use. One staff member in particular named Steve who picked us up on return, was extremely helpful! He was also cheery which was pleasant considering the weather was rubbish. It was raining when we returned and having two young children, he helped us with our luggage bags to our car. Service like this needs to be recognised and we will definitely be using APH again in the near future.

Just got home tonight from a family holiday. We booked 2 cars in APH Gatwick for 9&11 nights. Its our 4th time and we always use Tesco Clubcard vouchers to pay.
As always ( thats why we keep going back) we have no negatives.
From arriving at 2.30 AM in the morning we were completely looked after.
It all runs smoothly and all staff are so lovely, helpful & professional.
They help you on & off the bus with cases
The bus stop drop off/pick up is only afew mins walk away from departures.
Our cars were all ready for us on arrival. Would not go anywhere else now.
Thank you again to all staff. We will be booking for next April& Sept.

Excellent service just park your car hand in your keys and they drop you right outside main entrance to the airport picked up on return and your car is there waiting for you won't use anyone else

Tony at the Drop and Go was very helpful when we missed our flight and had to rebook our flight tomorrow. We therfore had to take out our car and check in tomorrow. Tony facilitated this process

We've used APH Manchester for years, they're excellent in all respects and this is the level of service we've come to expect from them.
This review, however, relates to the first time we've flown from Birmingham Airport using APH parking.
We found the APH Birmingham arrivals procedure to be equally as good as Manchester - very straight forward with helpful, pleasant staff to guide us along.
The return from the airport was, frankly, a completely different story.
I'm disabled and in a wheelchair so sometimes we may need a bit of assistance - we don't play on it and try to be as independent as we can but occasionally help is necessary and a little bit of it is very welcome.
When the APH bus arrived at the airport to collect us and a sizeable queue, the rain was really pouring down - a proper deluge!
Being in a wheelchair, I am unable to assist my wife handling the luggage and it was clearly obvious that she was struggling to load our suitcases aboard a now crowded bus by herself.
So what did the driver do?....absolutely nothing!
He sat in his drivers seat and watched as my wife hauled the bags onto the bus as I sat outside in my wheel chair getting completely drenched - It was patently obvious he didn't want to assist and get wet so we continued to struggle to load my chair across the 9" gap from the kerb to the bus door until he finally got the message, got out of his nice warm seat and unfolded the ramp to allow my wheelchair and myself to get aboard.
I was seething (and soaking) at this point and on arrival at the APH car park I think the driver realised my mood and that he could, and should, have previously done more.
Belatedly, he now gave my wife some assistance getting the baggage to the car.

A sour and deeply unpleasant experience to end a long tiring journey back.

We have used APH Gatwick many times over the years and it has always run very smoothly. There's never been any problems at all. It's a very slick operation that's just got better and better.
