Great service
Have ordered from this company a few times now whilst that had promotions on for there vape kits and pods , website very easy to use , good pricing whilst they have had promos on , only need to spend over £10 to get free delivery , the last few times received my orders within 2/3 days from placing order , send the items packaged in bubble wrap envelopes which is great as they don’t get damaged . Will be ordering from again in the future happy with service so far

Was the best place.
Was the best place to go for my kits and coils and was going to order lots of juices. Now I can't get my kits or coils only the more expensive Smok V2 coils £14 going to shop local now. They can't even be bothered to put which coils to match the kits.
Went to buy 3 different makes they stop me saying shop for others.
Like they want to go bust or something.

Almost every time i have purchased any of their products, the have leaked and are empty before I even open the packet. DO NOT BUY!!!

Don’t order from them if you are outside UK
I made an order (#204333) on November 16th with no updates for days on the shipping status, and after 2 emails they reply me back after more than 2 weeks, saying that that was not possible to ship to my country (that initially was included in their list) and they give me back a partial refund.
They haven’t charge me back the 10£ of shipping cost, for their mistake!

Gave up the smelly Marlboro Lights for this vape juice.
I like this product. I’ve been vaping over 2 years, helped me give up the cigs after I got a diagnosis of lung cancer. The world of vaping has become much more complicated in the last couple of years and I cannot pretend that I understand much about the systems used to guide Vapers about the range of liquids or the kit needed, it’s all still a mystery. But I’m happy with these replacements for my smelly old Marlboro Lights and I hope you find this review helpful!

NOT WORTH ONE STAR.
NOT WORTH ONE STAR.. SENT A VAPE BACK I HAD ONLY HAD A WEEK OR SO AND IT STOPPED CHARGING. RETURNED AT MY EXPENSE AND THEY EMAILED BACK TO SAY THE CASING WAS DAMAGED AND THEY WILL NOT TEST IT FOR THAT REASON. NO WAY WAS THAT CASING DAMAGED ! IT WAS JUST AN EXCUSE NOT TO REFUND ME OR SEND ME A REPLACEMENT. WHY WOULD I HAVE GONE TO ALL THE HASSLE OF EMAILING AND PAYING TRACKED POSTAGE RETURNING IT IF IT WAS DAMAGED BY ME ? IT WASNT CHEAP AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! BUYERS BEWARE !

I am aware of this situation; I am also aware that you did not purchase your device through us directly and we were unable to confirm a purchase date. Nor did you provide a proof of purchase upon returning your device to us. We require this information to confirm whether your item(s) are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty - which is six months from date of purchase.
Having said this - We always aim to provide excellent customer service standards and if you wish to visit our website at aquavape.co.uk and create yourself as a user. I will happily raise an order for a free issue device for you. Once you have created yourself as a user please get in touch with our office and we can arrange a replacement device.
You can't beat Aquavape for service and quality!
After a hiccup which I unfortunately created myself due to parental controls on my PC, a staff member at Aquavape swiftly advised of my problem and I can once again place orders for my Vape liquids. Aquavape is excellent at keeping customers informed via email of offers/products available, the products are great and very quickly and securely delivered. A very well-deserved 5 stars.

Don’t get disposable Ecigs aquavape
Can’t knock the eliquids but the disposable ecigs are terrible, don’t last at all. Only got a disposable one for when my e-cigarette in charge every other day for a few hours. Not a heavy smoker either lasted one and half times. Hardly any puffs at all maybe 50 at most for a fiver for what’s on market I did expect a bit better to be honest. Disappointing
