Fake. Phone number doesn't work. Address is a well known 'rent an address ' for companies house. It's registered by SJEcom, and is operated by another we site called Modecas. It's a Chinese drop shipping company that advertises in demand products but never delivers and will refuse refunds.tl Their MO is to fleece people until their reviews become so bad, then create a new identical website.

Pictures of clothing on the website are nothing like what you receive. Returns policy is awful. Falsely led into thinking this is a UK based company. Clothes are from Asia and items purchased have to be returned to Asia to receive a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would not purchase from this company again.

This appears to be another TikTok shop that gives the impression it is a U.S.-based business, but my order was actually fulfilled from China. At no point during checkout was that made clear. Had I known the product was shipping internationally, I would never have placed the order.

The company’s website prominently references a Trustpilot rating, but when I searched for the company on Trustpilot, I could not find a corresponding business profile. That gave me the impression that the Trustpilot reference on the website was misleading.

The return policy also isn’t what it appears to be. Once you discover your order came from China, you’re expected to pay expensive international return shipping. Customer service repeatedly offered me partial refunds (25%, then 30%) instead of providing a prepaid return label or a full refund, despite my explaining that my concern was the lack of disclosure about where the product was shipping from.

Buyers should know exactly where a product is shipping from before they purchase, especially when international returns are so costly that returning the item is effectively impractical.
