Acquistata una t-shirt con logo in rilievo, al primo lavaggio si è staccato quasi completamente.
Qualità pessima, nonostante il prezzo elevato

The worst customer service. I purchases over $4,000 in merchandise and paid for expedited shipping. I only received one item within a week. It has been over three weeks now and I still have received the rest. I called the customer service 4 times and sent several emails trying to get an update and every time hear that it has been escalated to the next department and they do not know anything else. When I ask to cancel the order they tell me they can not do anything about it.
I spent easily 20K in the past couple of years with them and expected to get atleast some sort of service but instead just a huge dissapontment.

Déçue d’une si grande marque renommée ! J’ai commandé un sac Armani Exchange. La commande a été traitée rapidement et j’étais impatiente de recevoir le sac. Bien évidemment l’encaissement de leur part s’est fait rapidement. Je récupère mon colis au point relais et je trouvais ça léger comme sac. Mauvaise surprise !!! En arrivant chez moi, j’ouvre le carton et pas de sac!!!! Juste un polyester à bulles, une enveloppe vide (je pensais que ce serait un message de remerciement comme d’autres enseignes le font) mais pas de sac!!!! J’appelle le service clientèle ou des personnes avec des accents me répondent qu’ils s’excusent et vont mener une enquête! Ils ont même accusé UPS de la livraison alors que le carton n’était pas ouvert! Ils ne veulent pas reconnaître qu’ils ont sciemment omis de livrer mon sac. Voilà 2 semaines que j’attends le remboursement et me répondent de patienter. Je ne commanderai plus sur le site. Autant aller en boutique.
Hyper déçue

Site qui ne donne pas du tout envie de commander. Des échantillons sont offerts dans le panier, et bizarrement ils disparaissent quand on passe commande avec un code, pour tout de même 80€ c'est pas la mort !!
Du coup pas de commande, je suis allez chez Dior beaucoup plus commerçant.

Online Schuhe bestellt die ich 7 mal getragen habe, sind durch!!!!! Kleber hat nachgelassen!!! Ich versuchte die kontaktieren leider unmöglich. Auf Email bekam man kein Antwort! Es gibt keine Möglichkeit auf Website für Reklamation! Ich habe auch versucht Kontaktaufnahme über die Webseite immer wieder Fehler aufgetreten!!!! Finger weg!!!!!

the worst company ever. I encourage everybody to buy American made things. Armani sold me the automatic watch which stopped working after less than a year, they didn't want to issue me a refund or to give a new similar watch. Instead they offered me to have it repaired. Fossil makes watches for them, I sent the watch there. The cost to repair it is $128 which Armani refuses to cover. Will I buy anything from this company - never ever.

Ho acquistato molte volte Armani jeans e emporio Armani, generalmente posso dire di essere soddisfatto, ultimo acquisto jeans emporio ,un jeans probabilmente nato male a perso un bottone e si completamente rotto a fianco di una tasca, messo massimo 4/5 volte. Contattato il servizio clienti mi hanno scritto che avrebbero fatto uno sconto del 20%,lo jeans costo 126 euro , mi avrebbero rimborsato euro 25, con accredito sulla carta di pagamento. Il jeans lo devo buttare in quanto non indossabile, mi domando dove sta la serietà della Armani, quando ho avuto problemi anche a distanza di tempo con altri siti non mi hanno fatto nessuno sconto, ma non avendo più la merce mi hanno restituito tutti i soldi che avevo pagato , ma Armani ha la politica di prendere in giro i clienti. Gli ho scritto che non voglio l’elemosina che mi vogliono mandare ,sembra che abbiano da fare con morti di fame. Vedrò in seguito di non fare più acquisti da Armani , e jeans Armani c'è ne ho minimo 30 paia …e mai sono andato a cercare nulla.

Ho comprato una borsa dopo averla desiderata tanto tempo , dopo ne anche un mese ha iniziato a rovinarsi dai lati , sono molto dispiaciuta anche perché l’ho pagata tanto 😢

Besitze eine Strickjacke. Die Qualität ist spürbar. Super Material und die Jacke liegt sehr angenehm auf der Haut.

Da anni vesto Armani, ho scoperto un outlet nella mia provincia Macerata, e sono molto soddisfatto sul personale e il negozio. Ma, con molto dispiacere non hanno più abbigliamento 0-16 anni. In oltre nella provincia di Macerata non trovo i negozi ne boutique per acquistare 0-16 anni. Non mi spiego il perché, considerando che è un prodotto di alta qualità.

I bought a flip flops from Armani a year ago to my friend as a birthday prezent. He was only wearing them at home, nothing special. On one flip flop on side that was glued went weak and peeled off. My boyfried flip flop from Primark last longer than those.... they are 3 years old and he's wearing them like a crazy and there is nothing wrong with them and those from Armani...joke... wasted money and they were not even wear that often. OMG i do not know what to sat. We bought them a year ago in the shop so i do not even have receipt for them :/ lost monet, posh logo worth nothing. Great if you do not use it for long...

Ho comprato una maglia dopo 1 lavaggio solo usura prova ho preferito lavaro prima di usarlo come sempre pero tutto colore oro lucida sia scolorito e sie chiarito in bianco in non vale niente soldi buttati senza mai usare comunque ho comprato da Bari Blu Revolution Negozio firmati davvero bravissimi hanno fatto di tutto per aiutarmi per rivolgersi problema hanno preso la maglia indietro speriamo bene Ho contattato anche brand Emporio Armani pero niente risposta Non pagate mai per questo brand non vale piu di altri

I bought this bag for $280 from Emporio Armani Australian online store, delivery as the website will be 3-6 days, but we received email from a Chinese website that they received the order and it’s on the way, order delivered after almost 3 weeks.
The quality of the finishing is so poor, the bottom of the bag is white cardboard and stitched to the sides, no lining at all, the inside of the bag is just the back side of the outside leather. Contacted the company and requested a return and refund, they advised me, we can’t help as bag been used, when I didn’t use it at all what so ever.
A $50 bag from Harris Scarf looked so much better and genuine than this Emporio Armani bag.
Be careful when dealing with their online store.

Worst experience bought an armani cross body bag not cheap the colour on the front faded after a few months I've counted them about this issue through email and through website to receive no response if your charging high amount for your products at least have a good after sale team to respond wasted money as it's now faded

I ordered for Armani Exchange Sneakers in eco-suede mesh and nylon and Armani Exchange Black Logo Backpack on 16.8.23 and shipped to my friend's house in UK. The package arrived on time on 23.8.23 and shipping was free. I received regular notifications and the tracking was on point. I was also equally impressed with the quality of the products. I would highly recommend purchasing from Armani.Com directly as opposed to other third parties online stores.

Horrible customer service.
I made a large order of gifts to take abroad with me. One of the items didn’t fit and I emailed them to ask if they would allow me to return the item passed the 20 days return policy as I am not physically in the country and unable to do so. They response was beyond disappointing. It made me understand that they don’t value their consumers and i we are nothing but $$$ to them. Such a shame.

I used to love Emporio Armani and Armani Jeans. I have purchased jeans, belts, tops, dresses, lingerie--you name it. Most of these items were online and the customer service was pretty decent. (although nothing to write home about). Quality was decent, comfort good and I liked the design. If you change your mind and return the item within the 30 days, you will have no issues.

HOWEVER: My in-store shopping experience at Yorkdale Mall was a nightmare. The purse I bought, although nice, had only a stamped gold logo and it rubbed off within weeks. When I went to return it the process was ridiculous. They had to send a request to head-office and then go back and forth a few times before they could resolve the issue. It took weeks. I finally got my new bag (after signing that it was a FINAL sale) and then the gold embossment rubbed right off again.
I can not go back since they made me sign that FINAL exchange paper (due to having some other issues before that I won't get into here)

I would expect better service and quality than that after spending $800 CAD. Pretty much any other store you go to the brand stands by its product and will replace or refund on the spot rather than make you go through this lengthy back and forth process. Frankly, it is ridiculous.

YSL just fixed an issue with a purse after 5 years--for free. Royal Copenhagen replaces mugs if they break. The Gap and lesser brands all do better.
Sadly, I will think twice before buying from Armani again.

19 August 2023 I ordered my shirt with values 700$ and until 26 August 2023 It hasn’t arrived.

This brand has a reputation but the online management is so bad! I don’t understand with your UPS courier as well. It’s very frustrated to wait my shirt!

Absolutely useless customer service. Never heard of a customer service that actively blocks someone from buying their products. I gave them their own product number of what I want, they never heard of it. I sent them pictures, descriptions, links to other sites that sold it in the past, still nothing. Asked them to tell me a product like the one I wanted , still nothing, These people have either neard heard of any Armani products or just don't want anyone to buy anything from them. Astounding !
