Awful.
I purchased a wallet as a gift on Friday at 1.30pm, I paid an additional $30 for Saturday Delivery.

The website says 'Delivery is guaranteed this Saturday for orders placed on weekdays until Friday at 2 p.m. EST, with the exception of local holidays.'

Monday came around and my order has still not shipped. I called the customer service and explained the above, to which she said it is processed on the next working day - so I had essentially paid the most expensive form of shipping to wait the longest amount of time to receive it.

I explained on the phone what it states on their website that it says 'THIS SATURDAY' and that it was guaranteed. No mention of it being processed on the next working day - unless it was after 2pm of course.

She put me on hold twice to check these details - both for long periods of time. I think she was trying to make me give up - on the second time she took me off hold after waiting over 10 minutes and then just hung up. I couldn't believe it.

This was a birthday gift - and an expensive one that I saved for. I feel cheated and awful that the recipient will not receive it on time now.

Better off shopping at a high street chain, better value and better customer service.

I bought one of there trousers for my husband as a present less than a month ago. He had been wanting to buy it for some time but because of the price tag he was always unsure so I decided to buy it him. However he has now worn this only 3 times and all the EA7 logo at the side of the trousers has come off eventho i paid £92 for it in JD. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this trousers i dont understand why its so poorly made that it wouldn’t even last a month.
Therefore i suggest never paying so much money for their products as it doesn’t last good few months.

My order 0402zxxxx , placed on 04-02-2024, has just been sent. But never arrived .
UPS and tracking shipping of the package by entering the Order Number 0402ZXxx not working correctly. No answer from customer service . Really disappointed with such a service !

J’ai commandé un parfum le vert Malachite que j’ai retourné parce que je l’ai au final reçu en cadeau donc j’ai retourné et depuis plus de 3 mois Armani refuse de me rembourser! Service client incompétent! Je ne pense pas acheter quoique ce soit de cette marque!

Incredibile come un brand così blasonato non curi minimamente lo shop online e relativo servizio clienti.
Neanche il peggior sito cinese è così scadente.
Acquistato due volte una tuta, prima Xl e poi XXL, arrivati due prodotti identici con solo l'etichetta diversa. Fatta presente la cosa la risposta del servizio cliente risulta essere un ringraziamento per la segnalazione....a voi l'ardua sentenza.
Consiglio: state alla larga dallo shop online. Assolutamente mal gestito.

I bought a jacket and at the first wash it became a piece of garbage, all the fluff gathered and the yellow color came out on the outside, the jacket being white, I contacted Armani and they offered £25, the jacket costing £190, I do not recommend disposable products

Acquisti sul sito tre articoli di cui uno è destinato ad un regalo. Sul sito spunto l'opzione "l'ordine contiene un regalo" in modo da farmi recapitare un sacchetto con logo. Mi arrivano i tre articoli ed un sacchetto minuscolo che non avrebbe potuto contenere l'articolo destinato al regalo! L'assistenza per mail dice che c'era possibilità di scegliere la misura del sacchetto , ritorno sul sito e ovviamente non è così. Invio screenshot del sito e , niente, a loro non interessa, non possono soddisfare la mia richiesta di inviarmi un sacchetto. Dopo varie insistenze mi dicono che posso fare il reso, ma ovviamente non è quello che voglio perché gli articoli vanno bene !
Assistenza e attenzione pessimi!

Due esperienze negative. Camicia nuova da abito lavata una volta e stirata: l'etichetta si incolla alla camicia, il servizio clienti dopo aver fornito la prova d'acquisto si appella al fatto che la camicia sia di una collezione passata e non rimborsa nulla.

La seconda riguarda una cintura da 220€ regalatami. Il sito dice 100% pelle bovina, la cintura è reversibile e ha due lati, uno grigio e uno nero. Dopo 6 mesi si è aperta e in mezzo c'è uno strato di poliestere alla quale sono attaccati due lembi di pelle colorata e molto uniforme, ho dei dubbi sia pelle anche quella ma ormai la cintura è inutilizzabile. L'assistenza risponde solo per acquisti in negozio o sul sito ufficiale ma visto il caso precedente sapete com'è andata, nessun interesse e nessun rimborso. 220€ per una fibbia in acciaio.

Che vergogna, eppure prima compravo sempre Armani... da ora bannato, andrò su altri marchi più volentieri

Purchased 7 pairs of Armani jeans 6 months back I’ve been wearing 2 pairs here and there and the dye from these jeans is coming off even after being cleaned a lot of times the colour between a new pair and the pairs I’ve been using look 2 different colours,where I lie and sit on the sofa the colour of the jeans has come off into the fabric,I rung customer service which was a waste of time they say they only support a warranty or a complaint if they were purchased from their website and not their shops or retailers of their products and there’s nothing they can do for me,what a total load of rubbish no wonder they’ve only got 72% of their feedback is one star,and if I could of given no star I would never buy from these people a total con with inferior chinese material probably so just beware of your warranty as you ain’t got one

Would give zero stars if that was possible. Quite possibly the worst, Customer Service experience I have ever encountered. It’s now been over 31 days since I returned my item and I have still not received a refund. Customer service are so rude and never even respond to emails. I’ve had to escalate this and raise the dispute with my credit card company. I have been buying Armani clothes in stores for 35 years. This is my first online purchase, I will never ever buy from them again . Avoid at all costs.
Oh and i bet nobody from armani will even respond to this.

Inizio a guardare. Mi piace una maglietta. Cerco di trovare la taglia e mi sento dire sono le 19:55 fra 5 minuti chiudiamo.
A questo punto lascio la maglietta e vado via.
E così che si vende?

I bought a belt for £81.50 from Armani online store.
I then get a tracking number which does not work.Then an email from Armani cancelling the order due to a technical issue with UPS.
Then after chasing for an explanation I just get a sorry do you want to buy anything else? Laughable!
Now they have refunded me for the belt but have charged me the £5 delivery still, daylight robbery. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

WORST customer service I have seen!! I have called non stop about my order and their customer service is not only rude, but hangs up. My order says arrived and I still have yet to find it. I have waited almost 2 weeks. They say they have escalated the problem to their department and never get back to you. DO NOT BUY!!! DISSAPPOINTED

I am kind of heartbroken over the experiences of the past few months. I have been a long time customer of Armani, hoowever I have placed 3 orders that were canceled by a technical glitch, spoke with countless people who reassured me it would be fixed and asked me to place the order again. I used to love the brand and don't understand how the best can become the worst. The service, packaging all has declined.

Sono state acquistate 6 sciarpe dal valore di €150 l'una, per un totale spesa di €900.
Arriva lo scatolone e: 3 sciarpe sono ordinate in un contenitore di carta con logo armani (il tutto molto basic), le altre 3 sono libere.
Errare è umano; chiedo quindi semplicemente di potermi inviare le scatole mancanti, dato che sono regali da consegnare a persone diverse.
Risposta: faccia il reso se non le va bene, ha tempo 14 giorni.
Senza parole! €900 spesi e questo è il servizio.
Non acquistate da Armani, sciegliete altri prodotti!

Qualità vergognosa, probabilmente non hanno mai provato le loro stesse scarpe, se lo avessero fatto saprebbero che la scarpa ti si sfila dal piede mentre cammini, l'ho fatta provare a 3 persone con il mio stesso numero, e tutti e 3 hanno lo stesso problema con la scarpa. Non posso chiedere il reso perchè l'ho acquistato in america, però la recensione della mia bruttissima esperienza la faccio sapere alla comunità.

PESSIMO SERVIZIO
Una vergogna. Il pacco era dato per disperso dallo stesso servizio clienti, nessuna email riguardo il ritardo nonostante la spedizione e l’arrivo fossero GARANTITI per Natale (è arrivato dopo 10 giorni dall’effettiva spedizione e SOTTOLINEO che il servizio clienti non sapeva dove fosse finito). Oltre a questo avevo richiesto la confezione regalo che NON è stata effettuata. Da un sito del genere non ci si aspetta questo!!!

I ordered a tracksuit for my boy, unfortunately did not fit, I originally asked for an exchange and sent it back with the returns label, to find that the item was sent back left outside my house???

I then called to cancel exchange last week Thursday and was told I needed documents to put on the outside of packaging, I said that I only received a returns label nothing else, week later I'm still waiting, I was told by one guy will get an email ref to documents within 3 hours, yesterday was told upto 3 working days, 3 days its been a week, and asks to speak to a manager who wasn't available then nor today and asked for a call back.

Still nothing not surprised long as they have your money they simply don't care.

Time is ticking and need this sorted, never buying from you again, 1st time I bought something online and what an outrageous customer service,

Not that I'll get a response anyway looking at other reviews seems like not even used...

Disgraceful poor customer service
I would give zero stars if I could - all they ask you to do is ‘kindly wait’ they say 8 business days, I have been waiting for 16 days so far for my item which apparently has been damaged, then lost - and now they ask me to wait another 8 days !! The fact is Armani - you have a lot of my money, my item - you are scamming people out of money which I have now reported to PayPal as you should either send the item or refund - not do nothing - I will take legal action against this company now and more people should do this, see what compensation they have to pay for fraudulently keeping my money
