I have discovered some new brands that Iove. However, overall I've had a hard time finding much that was available that I liked in my size - and then most of it doesn't end up fitting. So I'm done after 3 months. It was interesting to try it though.

I’ve tried a couple other clothing rental companies, and I think this is my favorite. It has more business attire, which I need and appreciate but I think the casual styles are lacking. It’s also very unclear how the return process works and customer service is slow to respond.

After a rough start, I was connected with a manager who helped me work through my issues and genuinely really cared about my experience. I’m not sure the platform is ideal for my needs but very impressed with management and handling of my lack of technology. Thank you

Ease of access and the shopping experience is amazing. The items provided are sub-par. Not as stylish as I would hope.

Most garments received were extremely worn. I'm going to give either rent the runway way or nuuly a try.

I absolutely love this service. I’ve tried others and this one is by far the most useful. They give you clothes that are utterly beautiful and sometimes even have tags. There is an algorithm that learns what you like and shows you more of that. I’ve also been able to cut down on my weekly laundry loads because I can swap out options anytime I need a refresh. For a busy mom, that is a God send. This service has made my life so much easier and has effortlessly elevated my style. I adore using Armoire. The flexibility and variety is unmatched. I highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to focus on style without much effort or fuss. The shipping to you is quite prompt as well. Return shipping can be slow, but I think that’s more of a reflection on USPS than the company.

The company makes it very easy to select the clothes and styles I am looking for. The pieces are classic and fashionable yet trendy and seasonal. The price levels are competitive. Finally returning clothes and getting new ones by mail is so easy. One bonus I love is that you can get your new wardrobe before sending back your last wardrobe, a very nice feature.

I love the clothing options for daily wear. I’ve tried rent the runway before annd felt like they didn’t have aa many casual options. Everything has arrived quickly and in great condition. I liked it so much I upgraded to the unlimited plan. The customer service has been so responsive when I have had questions. Highly recommend!

Majority of the clothing I’ve received has imperfections - snags, rips, stains, etc. the user interface isn’t great either on the app

I love the concept and enjoyed getting a package of new clothes every month. I found I spent a lot of time researching what to order, it was too time consuming for me. I may have been able to take better advantage of their assistance in narrowing down my search. I ended up only wearing about half of what I received over the few months. I did buy a couple of the items, so that was a bonus. Returns were super easy, just drop the package at the post office after the new order comes in.
