Very helpful staff and good customer service.

A lovely product beautifully made and delivered promptly. My only complaint is that the screws were cheap and silver in colour when the product was cast brass. I now have to fine brass screws to fit.

Good price, prompt dispatch and excellent packaging.

The moment had come! The plumber arrived at last to fit my carefully stored brushed brass towel radiator. We opened it..,,then noticed…

Lots of marks where the brushed brass had not covered . So disappointed. This could easily have been spotted before it had been sent out. Very very disappointing and a wasted day for the plumber at my cost.

Great service all in all, a little confusion from original order but all smoothed out and great turn around.
Very happy 😊

Great quality stylish products... I had a problem with a faulty chrome towel ring, however it was replaced quickly. The staff are very helpful and efficient.

A replacement shower control for one we bought at Aston Matthews 30 years ago. A classic design, now fitted, works beautifully and looks great. Seems to be of a high quality and just what I wanted even though it cost a small fortune. I guess you pay for what you get!!

I couldn't recommend less! Terrible After Sales.

I have one of these fancy shower/bath mixers ("Zyam bath/shower mixer for wall or deck mounting and flexible shower kit") that started to leak. Following advice from a plumber, I ordered just the inner cartridge from Aston Matthews.
It took 7 weeks to arrive.
So I got the plumber back in, which cost me £80 only for him to tell me I was sent the wrong cartridge.
I emailed and phoned Aston Matthews to try and fix the situation and I felt completely helpless as they gave me a very cold standard reply saying that the correct part was out of stock and they didn't know when they would be able to send me one.
Also, they offered to come and collect the wrong part in order for me to get a refund to no avail.
Very irresponsive, distant and not helpful at all.
3 months on, I still have a leaking tap, which I now have to operate with a pair of pliers while I wait for a new cartridge and they didn't even offer me solutions.
I had enough, I'm going to replace the who mixer with a different brand, much cheaper and with a much more efficient after sales team.

We have used Aston Matthews for a couple of bathroom projects. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, without being salesy. I would highly recommend for both their products and their great customer service.
