The showroom is great. I wanted to get it all. Steve was incredibly helpful. He went beyond the call of duty to help me find replacement hinges to match our existing set and would not accept full payment for his troubles. What an honest and helpful gentleman. I can’t recommend enough.

The showroom was very nice but the Sales technician and staff generally were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Steve in particular was great and followed up on everything immediately. The experience was very positive.

Top quality items with friendly after sales service. I had a problem with a leaky mixer tap, one of the staff patiently trying different options and offering a replacement before the culprit turned out to be a faulty "O" ring. Highly recommend.

I was sold equipment that didn’t work in the USA then told by the UK rep that sold it to me that it was my problem to deal with and I should have purchased it from someone else.

I spent thousands ordering new parts and was left with unusable fixtures.

I visited today hoping for advice and parts to repair a tap I bought from Aston Matthews more than 20y ago.
Unsurprisingly, the tap is now discontinued, but to my astonishment they found the parts I needed and at a price that cannot be beaten.

We sought advice from AM as we planned our bathroom upgrade. We expected to buy some of the items we needed from this supplier, in particular a four door vanity unit. The Guildford Store staff (Diana handled our order) provided an excellent service, knowledgeable, attentive and prompt with answers to our queries. The products are excellent.

All the products I have bought from Aston Matthew’s have been very good but without exception their customer service has really quite poor

Despite the merchandise being perfectly nice – albeit very expensive - it concerns me that the time from ordering to delivery took several months. It was just a kitchen tap, not an entire kitchen…

We did 3 bathrooms worth! They sell quaility products. Very helpful with design and mostly quick to come back when we needed to return a few items we didn't need.

Aston Matthews delivered top quality products and service. The team were wonderfully helpful choosing everything for our new bathroom also when a few items needed to be returned, there were no difficulties.
