Your kitchen taps are a great success. Turn off perfectly without a drip, hot or cold without a problem and very smart looking! My son has the same and they’ve lasted for years.

Lovely products and helpful staff, it was easy to order and then request the products to be held at the warehouse until our builder was ready for them.

I’ve been dealing with Aston Mathews for over 20 years and have always found their customer service helpful professional and timely . Crucially they are always able to supply what you are looking for and give in depth advice on whatever project is in hand .I particularly recommend their own classic Aston Mathews brand which is a superior quality and I believe in the current market place good value - and still in good working order 20 years on .. .plus .should repairs be needed - easily available spare parts down the line means it’s super sustainable choice .
I would not dream of going anywhere else .

Michael was very helpful throughout but it seems that inter-office communications were a little lacking, as my order was pretty late being delivered without letting me know until I called in. The quality of the items was great though when they arrived

The solid brass taps are gorgeous but had to wait a very long time for them which during Covid was understandable, however communication could have been better from the shop.

Really great post-sales support. Purchased some classic taps and a discontinued drain unit 20 years ago, the discontinued unit needed parts replacing and spares were found at the back of the storeroom !!!! Amazing

Whilst I’m sure there are people who do a vast amount more business with Aston Matthews than ourselves, I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve been more impressed with a company to help even the smaller budgeted customers.

I’ve had a couple of issues with our project along the way which have always been met with timely solutions and a refreshingly generous approach to customer care.

Without question, this is our first port of call for sanitary wear and general plumbing solutions.

I cannot recommend the girl team at Guildford more highly! Especially Diana who was patient and dealt with all my enquiries efficiently. They were very nice to deal with!

I spent many weeks calling and emailing Diana in AM Guildford on a daily basis about my client's bathroom project. We used the beautiful polished brass range throughout and Diana could not have been more helpful, patient and supportive, advising on technical issues, updating me on deliveries and helping to bring the look together cohesively. The result is a very elegant and high quality bathroom and a very happy client.

Customer support is always great at Aston Matthews. I've had to follow up on product support a couple of times, even once now 7 years after I ordered a bunch of equipment from them. There are always helpful and pointing me in the right direction with good advice.

We purchased scuffed brass taps, shower valve and shower head in the axis range for out bathroom. The brass finish is excellent and we previously purchased a kitchen tap from the same range from Aston Matthews. We encountered a problem as our plumber miscalculated the depth needed for the shower valve, went ahead and fitted it but was then unable to put the cover on for the final fix. Additionally, there was a slight manufacturing problem with the taps as they did not fit on the valves.
Peter provided us with exceptional service and took back the shower valve for a full refund and provided the replacement parts needed for the taps.
The quality of product and their service is exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly. I thoroughly recommend the company and in particular, Peter for his understanding and help during our difficult bathroom project. The fitted taps look excellent and are of very high quality. It’s a shame that we couldn’t use the shower valve which would have looked impressive.

Wishing to replace a malfunctioning tap we called in to Aston Matthews where we had bought it (and much other equipment over the years) only to find it was discontinued. However they did have a display sample in the finish we wanted. The assistant said he couldn’t get it off the wall until Monday. My partner looked underneath and found he could easily undo a screw and he got it off himself while the sales assistant watched. We were pleased even though none of the pipes were there and only one screw of two. We thought the salesman would be pleased too to sell a discontinued and incomplete item. We were a little surprised when he asked for £190. We wanted to bargain a little given the incomplete state of item but at this point the assistant basically accused us of vandalism and wrenching the tap off the wall without permission despite the fact he’d stood and watched us carefully unscrew it. We thanked him and left the shop empty handed, shocked at the aggression and horrible customer service. However we did want that tap so I went back on my own the following week and was helped by the wonderfully careful courteous BJ (Bhikhulal Jagatiya) who not only found the missing bits but tested the tap out to make sure it worked. If it had not been for him I would have decided never to go to Aston Matthews again.

I have found the service I have received from BJ at Aston Matthews, Islington Branch, truly exceptional.
On a recent project I took a Client to the Showroom to decided on Bathroom Fittings for a large number of bathrooms. The Client required all bathrooms to be individual. This involved a considerable amount of time and guidance from BJ. His patience and service was outstanding.
All the goods for the various bathrooms arrived safely and was perfectly labelled for the individual bathrooms.
This has made an incredible difference to the Project and has helped everyone on site hugely. It has avoided the usual saga of the plumbers trying to fit the incorrect fittings in the incorrect spaces.
I am extremely grateful to all the help BJ has given.

Exceptional customer service.
I arrived with a tap cartridge (bought about ten years ago) needing a new washer and screw that I'd broken getting the old one off. Peter went way out of his way to find the right washer and fitted it for me on the spot - extremely helpful and cheerful with it.

I needed to repair a broken toilet seat. I had been told that the bathroom suite was originally from Aston Matthews (it was installed at least 15 years go by the previous owner of my house). I popped in on the off chance that they could help. I dealt with Peter who remembered the make of toilet but explained they hadn’t worked with that supplier for years. He asked me to wait and checking downstairs he returned with a box full of spare parts. Inside was the broken hinge I needed! Pete gave me the hinge for free. In the middle of the pandemic and post brexit London this type of service, where people go out of their way with nothing to gain themselves, is so refreshing that I felt compelled to write a review!
