Excellent technical support and service from the team at Aston Matthews. Originally purchased our bathroom and kitchen suites/items some 10 years ago. Fantastic quality and service. I didn't know how to leave 0 stars so had to leave 1. I spend a substantial amount of money on a full bathroom suite in March- every single item received has been faulty, arrived late or separately and am never updated as to when the next part will arrive. So far- nearly July and we still don't hve a functioning bath. Latest part was expected to arrive last week or early this week and with no update - having chased ; it might arrive in 10 days time. I will never ever use this company again and stress no one else should either. Everything is broken, no one cares, no complaints team, no urgency, not a care in the world once the sale has been made. I truly have never experienced service as poor as this in my life. Take this as a warning unless you want to spend 4 months receiving your bathroom, and spend triple the amount you should on installation fees and replacement parts - oh and emergency plumber call outs because the bath tap breaks the first time you use it and the water can't be shut off.....
****steve has been sympathetic but I am awaiting action and rectification as well as compensation for the multitude of errors. Shame it was only picked up and I was taken seriously when I posted this review - otherwise I have made contact many times and only chose to make this public when no progress of any kind was being made.***

I bought some taps from this company. They were very expensive and every couple of years they start leaking from inside and water runs down the wall. Every time this has happened Aston Matthews cannot decide which part I need. It is a standard part but last time they insisted it was a special order I had to wait ages for and when it finally turned up it was the wrong part. That aside for the price of the taps I would not expect them to start leaking every couple of years. They are wall mounted and the whole area has to be redecorated every time. Their after sales service is absolutely appalling and their product not so great.

Edit: further to your reply My plumber has already been in touch with you and has got nowhere to date, like every other time we’ve had an issue. The number provided below is just the normal number on which we have always contacted you on and with which we have got nowhere. Nothing being offered here just a tick box. You need to sort out your customer service. The issue has been ongoing for the last 15 years at least.

Do Not Use This Company !
Presently i am dealing with a recent order placed for a sink and plinth. It was paid for in good faith and arrived a few days later in a van sadly already with a broken plinth which in agreement with the driver was returned as broken in transit. I asked for a replacement, firstly They agreed asking me to collect for free, then i was asked to pay for re delivery which seems unfair. Now, no one at Aston Matthews wants to deal with the Matter the manager at Essex Road said simply "I am not dealing with this and put the phone down. We then tried the main office eventually getting hold of a person named Mani which on a follow up call we were told does not exist. Now i am told i have to buy a second plinth and get it delivered at my own cost again. Their van driver has changed his story claiming we dropped it and they are making up names on the phone to fob us off. I am now seeking trading standards help and solicitors to deal with Aston Matthews to recovery my money for undelivered goods as they are not taking responsibility on any level.

I spent a lot of money on bathroom fittings a lot of years ago now.
The items were good quality. However, recently the washer mechanism inside one the basin taps has failed and urgently needs replacing. A plumber has looked at them and said they can be repaired but I need to find out where to source the mechanism to fix the leaking tap. I am leaving a one star review as I have twice emailed customer services at Aston Matthews and tbey have not bothered to reply. This is very upsetting as I am stuck with expensive basin taps one of which drips all over the basin top.
