The process to find the tools I needed for the job I am doing was intuitive and simple. Pricing is competitive. Would be great if there were more grinder offset disc options to choose from.

Great customer service
Great customer service — they fixed a courier problem that wasn't their fault
I ordered a Laguna V:10 bandsaw from Atlas and paid for delivery. Purolator claimed they attempted delivery on October 14, but nobody ever came to my door — no knock, no delivery slip, nothing. The "attempted delivery" simply didn't happen. Instead, my 100 lb saw was left at the Purolator depot in Mississauga, and I had to drive there and arrange help to load it myself, at extra expense on top of the delivery fee I'd already paid.
I emailed Atlas about it, and this is where they earned a loyal customer. They responded promptly, took the issue seriously, and made it right with a credit plus a gift card. No excuses, no runaround.
Purolator let them down, but Atlas stood behind the sale and treated me fairly. That's how you keep customers — I'll be buying from Atlas again.

Resposta da Atlas Tools & Machinery
Good Morning Mario,
Thank you for the review and feedback; we appreciate it.
We are a bit surprised by the review for this order. Upon review, we do see that the order was processed within our currently noted processing times (which we also confirmed with you via email directly) and was picked up by the courier on the 3rd business day. Once shipped, it was delivered on the 16th. The tracking information we provided for this order was not with Canpar.
If you are open to the idea, we would appreciate the opportunity or a second chance. If this is something you are open to, please reply to our email thread offline and let us know.
Kind regards,
Holly

Excellent experience as always ordering tools from Atlas. This time I took advantage of a sale they had to upgrade to some Metabo 36v power tools I have wanted for a while. They arrived quickly and were everything I hoped.

Be patient it’s worth the wait Bosch….
Although I’ve had my order in since July and still waiting on one more box; this is not on Atlas tools. The launch of the Bosch L-Boxx contractor system has been either really popular across the world or the logistics of shipping has been horrible, or both.
Atlas tools has always provided me with UTD information when I’ve called. Would be nice if this information was pushed out instead of pulled (by calling). I’d still rate Atlas as one of the top two fool Co. In Ontario.
