Orderd my company van tyres on the Friday morning and got a confirmation to say I was booked in for the Monday. Paid £750. Canceled all my appointments for Monday. On the way I get a call to say they can’t get stock for 10 days and they sorry. Went to the branch to get a refund and get told it could take up to 10 days.
This is not a branch to use if you running your own business as not reliable at all 😡

Great customer service, quick with the job and loviny how the cars feeling

Turned up was told it would take an hour. The website time slot’s indicates half an hour. Go for a walk get back after 50 minutes and cars not moved only to be told it will be another hour!!! Making me late for a meeting and having to rearrange. Not happy.

Friendly, helpful and informative about vehicle maintenance. There was also a sense that advice given about unforeseen mechincal issues was genuine and in the interests of customers. Prices are very reasonable and work is guaranteed.

Steve and the ATS Diss team were not only prompt and polite but offered a great price …👌
