When I asked for a printed receipt for the work done on my car instead of having one sent by email, I was told in a very curt manner that they wouldn't do that as they are cutting down on paperwork.
I was then told, not asked, to sign something without reading it or being told what it was. I took time to read it, much to their annoyance, and found it was the report on the work.
As a customer experience it was not very good and one I will not be repeating as there are many other companies providing the same services at comparable prices.

I've used ATS Euromaster at Langley Moor, Durham for many years. I keep going back, because I know that I will get a friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable service.

Excellent, really good lads who work there and make you feel welcome and will be back again. Great customer service.
