I regularly use ATS in flint, but this time i went for my mot and unfortunately it failed due to the drivers side wing mirror indicator not working, so when I got home I found out it was because the wire had popped out and so I took it back to which when I told Rich who did the mot his answer was ' I don't care' he said and ' I might do the retest or I might do it the following day'.. so I said ok but wasn't impressed with his customer service.. I wont be going to this establishment ever again

Repair was explained , and I accepted quote

My daughter had the unfortunate experience this morning to use ATS Flint when she had a slow puncture and called in to get the tyre checked. The employee / company representative met her and she explained her case. The representative called her a foreigner and said he would need subtitles to understand her although she is Irish and living in England / Wales this 15 years with no issues previously. He totally humiliated and degraded her although she is a professional person and when she told him she would like the car repaired for 4pm as she has to pick up her child he said he didn't care as its not his car that needs fixed and not his problem. Is this the service expected from ATS Flint as a recognised business company who are assisting female persons in need and they have to take this abuse from an employee. Is this the racist attitude directed towards female Irish persons in distress from a company representative acceptable.

The mechanic that worked on my car was very thorough and professional, I only went in for a new tyre he pointed out that my car was due an MOT and checked over my car.
He then gave me a report on the work that needed doing, I was very grateful to him as I did not expect that my car needed work doing on it.
I am now considering the work that needs to be done, thank you to the mechanic for pointing this out.

Excellent service the Flint ATS went over and above to resolve my problems. I have always had excellent service in Flint hence why I keep going back there.
