We booked tickets for Disneyland Paris for the half term, since the virus has put us on lockdown i have been trying to get a refund. BA has automatically refunded us for the flights and accommodation but still trying to get a solution for my park booking. So far NOT VERY HELPFUL.....
Does anyone communicate there. One member of staff saying NO REFUND and the other is saying you can have a refund minus 20%.
Just got an e mail saying refund will take up to 60 days.

Same problems as many other recent reviews NO REFUND and terrible attitude of their phone customer representative - only I requested refund 11 days before ticket date!. Purchased 4 tickets for Disneyland Paris in November for March 23rd&24th, phoned Attractiontix 13th March as soon as Disneyland announced they were closing and requested refund, was asked if I wanted to change dates, which I did not as it was not known when parks would be open again. Given email address to send for refund and got auto reply.Heard nothing for 3 days during which time I contacted them them through social media, as could not get through to their office,and was assured they had received my request and would process refund, then had answer phone message left late afternoon telling me they would process refund minus 20%, but no number to left or contact info.Had to phone next morning as could not get answer that day, and when finally got through was greeted with a very unhelpful agent whose attitude was HARD LUCK but now within 7 days so no refund! “You have until June to use them”( 2 of the tickets were still for 8 days time). Explained I had requested refund the previous week and had message left from them for refund , she wasn’t interested and basically told me “TOUGH” NO REFUND ! and would not put me through to a manager. Disgusted with this attitude in these very tough times for everybody - treated with contempt and deceitfulness and still now 3 weeks on NO REPLY to any emails or my complaint. The Disney Hotel I was booked in to has given me a full refund on a non- refundable booking as THEY had closed their parks!

I requested a refund for March 20 a few weeks ago and presumed I had not heard because of the volume of cancellations . I presumed because the park was closed we would automatically get a refund for our family of 7. I am appalled to read these reviews and find you saying I am not going to get my money back! 5 of the family live in Canada and their flights were cancelled and no one has any idea when or if they will be able to travel again. You have not even had the courtesy to reply to my E mail. Surely it is unlawful to pay for goods or services which cannot be provided? Serves me right for booking with yourselves and believing the reviews.
Can you at least send us confirmation of your failure to provide what we have paid for so we can try to claim on our insurance.
I certainly would not use your company again and in this time of such stress you have added to our disappointment at having to cancel our long awaited family trip.

I purchased 5 tickets for my family over the Easter period, and due to this coronavirus pandemic, my flight got cancelled, France and Britain are in lockdown. I phoned and politely requested a cancellation and refund of my tickets. Got told the validation of tickets got extended until September 2020 so can be used until then. There is huge uncertainty in the world at the moment, not sure when we will be out of this. I myself am diabetic and my kids are asthmatic so we fall in the vulnerable category. Dont want put my kids and my myself at any risk by travelling abroad anytime this year when it is being said that this virus can be seen to last until Spring next year. If Disneyland Paris are happy to refund the park tickets if it was booked directly with them, then why can't Attractiontix show solidarity and issue refunds. I sent a complaint email to to their complaint department and apart from receiving an auto reply to say that my email has been received, I have not heard anything further from them. All I want is a refund and put all this behind me. This is causing me such a mental stress that I wish I never used this company.

I purchased tickets for Disneyland Paris for myself an my partner over the Easter period, and due to the pandemic that is coronavirus, I politely requested a cancellation and refund of my tickets. This started over two week ago, with persistent emails and contact forms filled out for the desire of an actual reply from this company, which lead to many a dead end.
From reading all of the FAQs, I got the information that the delay of tickets may be applied, however due to the nature of my job (HM Forces) and the inability to confirm future availability dates, this would not be a feasible option.

The reluctance to actually support people seems to be an ongoing issue through this period, and from my experience, I would DEFINITELY not recommend this company due to the poor customer service

If you buy tickets for Disneyland and they are shut on the date the tickets are valid for, surely you are entitled to a full refund. Being told that we can't have a refund and the tickets can only be extended to the 30/9/2020 but you can't use them between the 27/6/2020 and the 30/9/2020, which only leaves you with a few weeks to use them, if we are able to travel. In my opinion this is nothing more than financial abuse and not what we spent £1200 on. We bought these tickets from you, paid £1200 to go on a specific day and the parks were closed. You could at least be flexible and offer a credit. We will never be able to use these tickets now.
We are a company that have bought tickets from you for many years and spent thousands of pounds with you (look at your records) and we would have spent many more thousands of pounds in the future with you. We are never going to use you again.
Being an official partner to Disney (as mentioned on your about us page) I doubt you will even get charged for the tickets, after all a dated ticket should be invalid if the venue is closed.
The current Worldwide situation with the Coronavirus is certainly going to highlight the bad companies from the good. We are all in this together, companies playing bad is no way to help the situation.

My son booked disney land Paris tickets before christmas to go this week end, he emailed Attactiontix on monday to cancell, within the 6 day window and bearing in mind that the park is SHUT. He phoned yesterday, for an update, and spoke to an extremely rude and abrupt lady who told him that basically it was tough luck and that he wouldnt get a refund. They are both students and have worked extremely hard to save the money for this trip
Shame on you Attractionfix life is hard enough at the moment with out this disgusting attitude,

Sold me tickets to a theme park that was closed, then quickly added a message on the website after I complained. But even so, it is so tiny and miles below the book now button!

Been trying to get a refund for close to three weeks but they have been dragging their feet.

They may be the cheapest but they aren't a good company to deal with.

I should have read these reviews, but I was fooled by the 4.7 rating they display at the top of their website!

Super price to Disney paris including fast track.
Straight throgh at gates with scanned ticket on phone.
Scanned phone again at fast track machines ar the rides we wanted. Worked every time and scanned a 2nd tme if we wantrd to go on again.!
My daughter said its not school holidays, only a Monday, 25th November, won't need fast track but my god we did. We would have never got on the rides we wanted as queues at least 20 mins and so many things to do. You can't do it all in a day even with fast track.
Definitely use this site again. Saved as at least £80

Ordered 2 tickets for universal studios Hollywood. Tickets were emailed to me within 48 hours and used them yesterday with absolutely no problems at all. Would definitely use again.

we could not believe, that a fastpass was included in price. the actual fastpass service by disney land was not what we have expected, but it is not fault of the ticket provided.

we have received a pack with goodies but nothing we actually used. far more helpful would have been one of the leaflets available at the hotel and disney land entrance.

Bought tickets for Disneyland Paris and it was simple, quick to receive e-tickets and entering the park with them was a breeze. The price was amazing and with the fast pass included it made to day all the better.
Will definitely use them again.

Very disappointed. Booked tickets with Attractiontix through Easy Frundraising link with promise of a large donation to chosen charity.
Initially the donation was made then retracted. They obviously promise one thing until obtaining your money (£1,500) then go back on their word.
Very disappointing, especially as this was for charity.

I booked excursion trip for myself and family (3 adult and 2 children) for cable car round trip (mountain) at Cañadas del Teide Tenerife. The trip date was on 29 July 2019, but unfortunately my children became ill and wasn't able to travel I email the company and asked for other alternative but there wasn't any and tickets were non refundable. My hardworking £90 UK pounds wasted.

Absolutely fantastic. Saved us 50 euros on the ticket price plus we got 30 euros to spend. No hassle at all getting the tickets - they were emailed almost instantly.

Me and my kids were planning to go to Disneyland Paris so we booked everything and we bought tickets from attractiontix. We decided to go on the Friday but it was unfortunately raining so we called the company and asked them if we could go on Saturday they said we could but when we went to Disneyland the workers said we couldn’t use the tickets because they were only from Monday-Friday we had to spend two whole hours to explain to the cashier people that the lady we spoke to on the phone said we could use the tickets on Saturday. Since that day they haven’t given us a refund, they embarrassed us and scammed us! Me and my children were so dissapointed I would NEVER recommend this to anyone.

Bought some tickets for Legoland Dubai which were exactly 50% cheaper then normal price tickets. We were emailed the tickets maybe the following day. Printed them out and used them to get into the park no problems at all. They scanned our tickets and let us in. They did ask to see proof of age for my 2 and half year old and lucky I had a picture of his passport on my phone. I would definitely look for tickets again using this website.

Easy to use website, cheaper than the other websites I looked at. Booked Disneyland Paris tickets and received them via email instantly. Entering the park went smooth as well. Can highly recommend this website!

Fantastic service! Bought tickets for Disneyland Paris. Very good price and the inclusion of fast pass saved us lots of time in the park and meant we could do everything. Very easy to swap to tickets at the self service machine. Altogether, no complaints I’ll be booking again.
