Worst customer service ever.
Worst customer service ever.. I ordered 10 spark plugs they sent me 6 of the wrong brand. Good luck getting in touch with them. I have used their system to reach them and no response!! They tell you to please call them in the email they send you, but when you call they tell you to just go to their website and fill out a form for them to reach back to you?? BS!

Really disappointed MANY times with this company. They advertise hard-to-find parts as "in stock" and then after you purchase tell you they are not available. This has happened to me so many times. And seems like others have the exact same experience. Customer Service sucks - no phone number to call. Slow to respond. Very unhappy.
No Customer Service
I placed my order on 7/19/24. Received a partial shipment. E mails confirmed the items sent; one of the e mails indicated the order was completed. No mention was made about the other items which were paid for. Sent several chat messages via there web site on 7/22,7/23,7/24. I finally got a response on the afternoon of 7/24 ask for photos of the package, etc.
How can you take a photo of something you do not have. You can not talk to anyone because the telephone support number mentioned in their communications is answered by recorded instructions to use their chat message feature.
Will not use this company again!!
These people are scammers
These people are scammers! Beware of the bait and switch. They had an ad on several places showing a car advertised for a certain price then once I wanted it said it was going to cost over 50% more with added on unnecessary fees. Ridiculous. Never seen anything like this.

This company will rip you off
Ordered a part from them and they are giving me the runaround, saying it was shipped but the tracking info they gave me clearly shows that only a shipping label was printed, and the item has not been received by USPS.
Their response to my inquiries is to send me the the tracking number, every time.

Delivery as Promised
They had in their network a brake caliper for 987.1 that the local shop was going to have to order through a Porsche dealer for $200 more. I spent the extra $50 for the expedited shipping, and then when I saw these reviews I kind of panicked. But, it came exactly when they said it would, so I give them a 5.
Disappointing
Disappointed so far, they have changed for the worse in the recent years :(. Very poor communication, not delivering on promises and so far I won’t order again from them.

My wife and I have purchased several Porsches over the years. Both from authorized Porsche dealers and from individuals. I saw a used Macan on their website and noticed they added a lojack and ceramic paint protection that added $5k to the price.
Like vin etching, undercoating, fabric protects and extended warranties. Does Your Car Need Undercoating? - Consumer Reports < good explanation of the common dealer scams used today these are not necessary. I saw a car they had and offered to pay full price in cash less the lojack and ceramic coating as I did not want or need them. They said both has been already install and refused my offer, so I moved on. A couple weeks or so later they contacted me. I said I was interested in the Macan but as I said the last time I talked to them, I would not pay for the lojack and ceramic and I was told it was already installed. The salesperson said he would talk the GM and I was told a few days later the lojack and ceramic was not added to the car and they would accept my offer. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle and I sent them a letter explaining their practices were a little shady.
I don’t want to give a dealer that uses those techniques my money knowing it will just encourage them to continue those practices. I cant even imagine how shady their service department is. I have the option as everyone does to spend their money and give profit to companies that at least try to be reasonably honest. If one part of the business, let’s say the sales department, is willing to take advantage of their customers what would make you think any part of their business would not do the same. This morning I get an email – Under new management. Not a surprise but I would not hang my hat that anything has changed. Under every car a lojack is still included in the price. I would not do business with anyone who forces a customer to buy a product they don’t want and they make about $1000 off every lojack sold. There are much better dealers out there!

I ordered transmission fluid online, 6 L of special transmission fluid for a 2003 Range Rover HSE. A couple days past and my order still says processing so I contact them via chat And provide them with my order number and Aaron said this
"Okay so this item is currently not available
so the order is going to be cancel and a
refund will be processed." How are people allowed to sell items they don’t have honestly this is ridiculous. STAY AWAY

I saw so many negative posts here and i canceled by suspension parts i had planned to order for my 2007 SL550 as it was over $4000 and i live in Vietnam. I ended up ordering from Bap Performance, the only deference was BAP has a customer rep you can actually speak to.
Communication wise my experience is the same as most of the negative reviewers. They say they ship in 1-2 days but it was rarely the case and you can not get anyone on the phone! I ordered parts to the tune of $3000 on three separate occasions and apart from not shipping immediately they did come in good shape and exactly what i ordered. They also did end up updating me of the tracking details eventually after many emails and calls.
My personal experience is i don't think they are scammers they have not invested in customer service. Its a shame since they have an absolutely awesome website and parts that most others don't carry. Shipping was super fast and their price was reasonable. So hopefully they will invest in some customer service people as i'd be happy to order from AZ again.
I just wanted to share this because all the reviews here initially put me off from ordering from them but i can see how if they had shipped me a wrong part it would have been an absolute nightmare to get it resolved.

Ordered Parts for a 1990 BMW which are currently not available in Europe. Quick proceeding, good communications, parts were delievered in BMW original package. Shipping from the US to Germany worked w/o any delays. I chose USPS priority international. After the departure from the US you can use the same tracking no. at DHL directly. I can clearly recommend Autohaus AZ.
Shady business and thieves
Unfortunetly i purchased a part for my jaguar which is worth 298 usd with shipping, mind u that this is an international delivery to Dubai initialy all went well and they sent me the tracking number just to find out that the package was signed and delieverd back to themselves and the address of delivery clearly shows my correct int’l address. I tried call them many times they just give me the run around even after many voice mails to them and emails which all dint get any reply. Becareful to people who wish to order internationally. DONT DO IT.
