Avantree Earphone Suppoort - Excellent

I have a dual set of Avantree earphones used for TV. I have a sound bar and new TV that I receive cable shows and application viewing (Netflix etc.)on. I could not get the ear phones to work with cable and apps without making connection changes for each and the sound bar would not work with all three. With the help of the Avantree tech rep I was able to create a seamless connection to all three. The rep was extremely patient, understanding and knowledgeable in her approach to establishing the proper connection. This was something the layman could not do and without the customer support from Avantree I would have had to hire an expensive third party. I might also add their products I find much better in quality than other well known competitors. For instance they do not cross talk with another TV located in an adjacent room as many competitive products do even though with much effort you can work around this issue.

Das Produkt TV Kopfhörer ist im Grunde in Ordnung.
Jedoch sind sie nun defekt während der Garantie.
Wir schreiben den 8.5.26 und ich Versuche seit 6.4.26 das Problem mit der Firma Avantree zu lösen aber es gibt keinerlei Fortschritt.
Über Amazon gekauft und reklamiert aber funktioniert nicht
Direkt den Support am 3.5.26 angeschrieben und eine Ticketnummer erhalten.
Seither keinerlei Aktion seitens Avantree.
Kundenservice ist hier wohl ein Fremdwort

All I can say is WOW!

I bought the Avantree Duet Headphones in July 2026 for my husband and I to use when watching TV. We use the headphones all the time, everyday for at least a couple of hours each. My husband's set broke at the spot where the earpiece connects to the headphone. I contacted Avantree and put in a ticket asking about the problem and could they do anything? They asked questions. They needed 3 things to replace; the order # from the purchaser, which was Amazon in my case, the date of purchase and the batch number. I submitted all 3 things and 21-1/2 months into the 24 month guarentee, they fully replaced the headphones! For me the process was easy. They were extremely helpful and always responded within 24 hours, and usually much quicker. I was amazed that they replaced it so quickly and with no real hassel. Most companies give 90 days, but not Avantree, 2 year warranty! And it was very easy! I just placed my order for the replacement headphones and they were completely free including shipping. All I can say is WOW!

Sound from TV not being transmitted to headphones

I had purchased the Avantree Bluetooth transmitter model BTTC-500 back in 2020. I did have my purchase order number from Amazon. Worked great until about a week ago. Did some research online and was not able to find a solution. Contacted Avantree by way of chat. Was asked to call as issue was too complex to resolve by chat. I called and spoke with a Janice. She identified the problem. I had to purchase a $10 optical cable in order to use a different type of connection to connect the Avantree transmitter to my TV set. I connected using the new cable. Had to call back as the issue was not resolved. Janice guided me through a process to connect my tv and the transmitter, as the old connection processes would not work with the new cable connection, it used a different port for connecting. Janice guided me through the process and helped me troubleshoot. Mt headphones are once again connected to my tv by way of the Avantree transmitter. Using an optical cable to connect has provided a much better sound coming from my TV. Janice was great!

warranty is a JOKE

I liked the sound that I could hear from the headphones that connect to TV. But the sound completely disappears between 1-2.5 years. I have purchased 2 pairs and it happened to both. I contacted the company for replacement since it happened in the time frame of published warranty. Started with chat - they needed the model number, batch #, Amazon purchase #, pictures. I gave them all the info and waited. Mind you these headphones went out during a snowstorm, I am elderly, disabled in part because I can't hear, living on SS and the company said after review replacements would be sent. Then came the emails, They asked all the same questions to which I replied I gave the info already. In order for me to get it again I would have had to go upstairs, get a flashlight, strain to read numbers again, return to basement computer, type it in correctly and so on. Avantree could just review the chat. Who should put in the effort ? I simply replied you have the info. Days passed, no replacement. More emails asking for the info and a pic. I told them a pic had been sent, and explained that it is a shorted wire or something and no pic was going to explain anything. More emails. Could we talk on the phone ---------- I am damn near deaf, no we cannot. When I return the damaged product you can examine them to your liking. Send a replacement please - I cannot hear the TV. More mail - no resolution. I finally replied that I would give them what they wanted - even though I am on a very limited budget I will buy another brand.

Support phone staff superb

I bought headphones for my non blu-ray tv. I really struggled to connect the headphones so that I xould listen whilst my husband listened from the tv, even though before purchasing i checked and the website bot Rufus said would work. A friend suggested getting additional cables but it still did not work the way I needed it to. I got a phone appointment with Leisal I think her name was i was ticket number is 1132240. She was superb! So patient and clear in her instructions. I was nearly in tears but she stayed really calm and kind and we fixed the problem!

I returned my item over a month ago…

I returned my item over a month ago with full tracking information. The delivery was confirmed by the delivery company. Yet I still haven’t received my refund.
I’ve contacted their support team multiple times, provided all tracking details and proof of delivery, but have received absolutely no useful response.

At this point, they have both my returned product AND my money. This feels dangerously close to a scam. Any legitimate company would process a refund once they’ve received the return, or at minimum communicate the process with the customer.

Their non-existent customer service and shopping experience is unacceptable. I’m now forced to escalate this through my bank and consumer protection.
Do not buy from this company. Save yourself the hassle and money.

Pour la seconde fois mes écouteurs "hs", ne fonctionnent plus...
Le SAV me mène en bateau pour le remplacement ( sous garantie). Bientôt 2 mois et.....toujours rien, malgré mes relances!
Avantree, à fuir, MAUVAISE QUALITE. Support NUL.
Ne respecte pas les obligations de garantie en laissant trainer les envois. Bref futurs acheteurs ...fuyez cette marque!

Buy "Voyager HA" (a bluetooth sender) from Amazon

I bought a "Voyager HA" a bluetooth sender from audio inputs. I felt it as overpriced for the quality. I bought it directly from them. I decided to return them after trying them once for 5 minutes. They keep asking for copies of this and that with multiple emails back and forth. Amazon has same price and does not make it hell to return.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought Avntree Opera Wireless Headphones from Amazon, I bought them just over 2 years ago and I hardly use them(on average about an hour a day), the other day I put them on and a big chunk of plastic which held the ear cup broke off, they are now unusable. I think the headphones are faulty(as I have a similar pair from another company for the past 5 years and these are just fine, just a bit tatty), I raised a ticket for Avantree to fix or replace my headphones, but they came back and said the warranty was out of date by 2 months, they are not very helpful.
I was looking at contacting Citizens Advise to see if Avantree should have at least had a look at the earphones, as I think they are faulty.

Excellent Customer CAre

I ordered a DG45 Bluetooth adapter from Avantree and unfortunately the item wasn't in the box. Nevertheless, I emailed the company and after a couple of emails to explain what had happened and letting them know where to send a replacement, I received a new one very quickly. The instructions were easy to follow and it only tok a couple of minutes to get it working perfectly. From my experience, the product is excellent as is their Customer Care. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Brilliant service

I bought some Avantree Opera Plus headphones from amazon, when they came there was no instructions only one of those qr codes to scan to get the instructions. We got them working but after 10 minutes I had a voice saying disconnected, I got in touch with Avantree and spoke to a lovely lady called Jeany, she asked for the batch number and she said she would send me another pair
When they came the box was one like you get from a store and there was a proper instructions with it. I got in touch with Jeany for help to set them up she phoned me back and talked us through the set up. I have them working and they are brilliant
I cannot fault the service with this firm, they sent out another pair straight away
This firm is absolutely wonderful I cannot fault them at all

The support is totally useless

The support is totally useless. Not only is the person (Riza) from support I had to deal with completely incompetent, after weeks of back and fort they then said that I had no warranty because I bought it from an unauthorized dealer (Bol.com) really????

WIsh I could do "No stars"

WIsh I could do "No stars". This company is an absolute rip off. I have so far had 7 (YES! 7) replacement Repose Earbuds for sleeping as each pair is faulty within 3 months. Why do I continue to get replacements? Because they wont give me a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Rubbish headphones and company

After being sent replacement headphones in Sept 24 they stopped working properly so I asked for a replacement. As these were a replacement the warranty had run out on the original purchase....absolutely rubbish company!

Bought an Avantree Headset for home…

Bought an Avantree Headset for home use. After several Months use, lost sound in the left earphone. Initiated a call with Avantree Support. Rie was the primary contact. She took charge of the process, guiding me in how to return the item, and sending a new replacement headphone. She made process easy and pleasant. Had a new unit within about a week. Have given several Avantree Headphones to relatives. Most likely to buy Avantree again.

Avantree Portable Radio , Great Support

I have an Avantree Portable Radio speaker which has been awesome. Twice I have needed support and each time was after the warranty expired. Support was terrific and each time by then asking sensible questions a solution was provided.

deceitful company

I left a negative review on their site, I bought a headset with a microphone but is unsuitable for voice calls as it disconnects after a few minutes of inactivity - no useful when someone calls you and you have to wait 20 - 30 seconds for it to boot up and connect before you can answer the call. This one star review is NOT because of the poor product, it is because the company REFUSED to publish the negative review on their website. They show reviews of products but only 4 and 5 start reviews, they IGNORE and REFUSE to publish anything under 4 starts - this is deceitful, lying and you should not trust them
