Usually I have had Great experience and excellent service when ordering from Avenue, but this time I ordered a dress for my Granddaughter's Baptism. I ❤️ LOVE the dress,but it arrived with stains/spots on the tie belt. Was this dress Avenue or that City company that y'all use? Definitely was not happy 😕 😒 with your merchandise where as any other time your services have been excellent.

The Avenue is always prompt sending out my orders. There is no waiting for 2 months onky to find out that the item isn't going to be shipped. The clothes are well packaged so the items arrive intact.
But besides the shipping experience, Avenue has so much more to offer than most online clothes retailer. When the description says "butter soft" for their denim items, it is wondrously soft. You don't have to wash it 5 or 6 times to make the item wearable. The prices are good, especially when there is a sale. I recommend shopping at tghe Avenue verry highly.

I love Avenue's clothes. They ususally fit right and your sales are pretty good too.

Wrong color
I ordered this dress, for a wedding, in sage. That was one of the requested colors. I received the purple, which was not one of the colors. So I had to go back out and look for another dress the day before the wedding. I will be returning

Your clothing line is excellent but your customer service needs to be improved.

I was sooo hurt when I opened my pair of tights, and they had a big hole in it! Broke my heart. When you go to put on your brand new packaged tights, and they have a hole! That’s the stuff nightmares are made of. But Avenue reps were extremely apologetic and offered a voucher to replace the tights. And for that, I will always shop Avenue’s online store.

Your clothes are pretty much true to size. Some are smaller is bust which can be a problem. I am very large in my bust so I just keeptrack of what is two tight. But if I can't wear them my older daughter can. The clothes look great on her or me. I am 72 amd she isn't 40 yet. Your length is good too. Love your sales for christmas too.

The clothes I ordered were exactly as described. One top ran a bit small but the other 6 pieces were perfect fitting.

Ive been ordering the butter denim jeans for a few years..i like them because of how they feel and stretch when i move. But since the pandemic the material is different and not as stretchy anymore.

Reduce costs to exchange items since you no longer have a brick and mortar to allow for trying sizes.

I am a tall plus size woman, big feet and all. I have been ordering from Avenue for years and have been happy with 98% of my clothes and shoes selection. During the month of September 2023 while attending a conference, my condo unit was involved in a fire, and I have lost everything! Grateful I was not home, and no one was injured. I am starting my wardrobe over. The first store I went to was Avenue. Love their clothing, tall selection, shoe selection and the prompt shipping time. I am an Avenue fan and receive a lot of compliments of outfits worn from Avenue.
