Will spam you with emails 3 times a day even after unsubscribing multiple times and talking to different agent. I have NEVER had such harassment... I am inundated daily with spam emails from them.

Ich habe ein tolles T-Shirt über Instagram gesehen, das leider im Online-Shop ausgebucht war. Auf Nachfrage über das Kontakt-Formular habe ich zügig eine Antwort und eine kompetente Beratung erhalten. Es wurde mir ermöglicht, das T-Shirt per E-Mail zu bestellen, da das T-Shirt im Store in Würzburg noch verfügbar war! Die Beratung war sehr hilfreich, schnell und super freundlich. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

I've been a customer for many years even when they went to online only. They changed their return policy and didnt say anything of course. Now you can do the happy returns for free only if you get a store credit. If you want your money back, you have to pay $10.99. I wont be buying anything again from them.

I’m so disappointed that Avenue has changed hands. Prices went up and now you have to pay to return any item. They don’t take my Avenue credit card anymore either. I don’t know if I’ll be shopping there anymore. Very frustrating!!!

I been a customer for years , since the have a new ownership is not the same , prices are extremely expensive and less quality 😡.
Avenue is under new ownership
Avenue has been bought out by another company. I've been ordering from them for years and was able to return items at no cost and if my order was over $100.00 there was no shipping cost. That is not the case with the new ownership. Because the sizing is not always correct sometimes I would order the next size smaller or larger and just return. Now you pay for shipping and they charge $10.99 processing fee for a return unless it is damaged. I will be closing out my charge account with Avenue.

Ich dachte ich kann dort guten Gewissens bestellen, da man den Laden von Würzburg kennt … ein einziges Drama.
Kundenservice ist nur per Email erreichbar. Eine Telefonnummer gibt es nicht. Das Avenue Team reagiert immer nur, nachdem man zweimal nachgefragt hat.

I have been ordering from Avenue for quite some time now. I have always been very pleased with what I’ve ordered. If I had to return, it was a painless process. Most of the shirts hanging in my closet are from these guys.
Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. I've been emailing for 5/6 days now asking for the returns address and still haven't been provided it. My emails have had 2 responses, both offering an alternative to returning, both of which I don't want. I bought my outfit in good faith but the material is absolutely awful, such poor quality and I'd like my money back. Was told by them it was expensive to send back to Asia but that's my decision

Ich habe bei Avenue Girls mehrere Artikel bestellt und diesen ordnungsgemäß zurückgeschickt. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme und Nachweise der Rücksendung habe ich bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Der Kundenservice ist nicht hilfreich und reagiert nur sporadisch. Ich kann diesen Händler aufgrund meiner negativen Erfahrung absolut nicht empfehlen.
Einfach nur unverschämt das Influencer sowas unterstützen!

Die Klamotten sind zwar schön, jedoch erhalte ich bereits seit mehreren Wochen keine Rückerstattung der zurückgeschickten Waren!
Auch der Kundenservice reagierte nicht auf gesendete Nachrichten, weshalb wir nun mit rechtlichen Schritten drohen mussten.
Ich werde dort sicher nicht nochmal bestellen.
Buyer beware of sizing in avenue site
I have been an avenue fan for years. There was an actual store in my town. I was a regular customer. The local store closed and they went totally online. I felt confident in buying on line because i had bought so much from them in the past. I know my size in Avenue. So. I ordered some jeans on line. There were some'final sale ' jeans and i felt confident in ordering because of my past experience. However, when i received them i was shocked. They did not go past my knees. I had other jeans in the order that were the same size, and fit properly. Because it was a final sale item, they at first would not return. They did, after 6 days, decide i could return with a 7:95 fee. Wow. Frustrating. Buyer beware!!!! Even if size is wrong you will pay if you buy a final sale. Stay away.

I placed an order for two pair of Jeggings, black and blue, upon receiving them they were uncomfortably tight, so I placed an order for a size larger being I needed them for the up coming weekend instead of exchanging them. I was extremely happy that they arrived timely for my trip and upon opening the jeggings to pack for my trip, I notice the black pair were wrinkled and worn, upon closer inspection, there was no tags on these pair as on the others. I was actually sent a previously WORN pair of jeans when I purchased a new pair, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

Poor , simply poor!
Poor, just poor!!! Don’t bother buying from these sharks- description of product is laughable. I purchased a linen shirt which took 12 days to arrive after chasing- in XL size to be sure- however- once arrived - took the shirt out and to say it was never an XL is a slight exaggeration- it wouldn’t fit my son who is less of a frame than me- so it ended up fitting my wife - just!!! To send to back - would have cost me a fortune ( China) so please think twice before buying from these people.

Klamotten ziemlich gut; allerdings Online-Auftritt sowie Versandstrategie wirklich schlecht. Vor drei Wochen bestellt und noch nichts angekommen, geschweige denn versendet. Die bringen ne neue Kollektion raus, aber kriegen es dann nicht gebacken, das Zeug richtig und ordentlich den Leuten zu schicken

Keine Rückzahlung
Ich habe eine Bestellung storniert, da diese angeblich eine Vorbestellung war. Die Stornierung wurde mir seitens des Kundenservices bestätigt aber die Rechnung dafür nicht ausgebucht. Aktuell bezahle ich somit Ware, die ich nicht einmal erhalte. Auf Anfragen wird schon länger nicht mehr reagiert. Ich bin froh, dass ich nun Paypal an meiner Seite habe
Enttäuschender Kundenservice und keine Rückerstattung
Ich habe kürzlich eine Bestellung bei Avenue.com aufgegeben, in der Hoffnung, eine positive Online-Shopping-Erfahrung zu haben. Leider war dies nicht der Fall. Nachdem ich die Artikel erhalten hatte, stellte ich fest, dass sie nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprachen. Folglich entschied ich mich, die Artikel gemäß den Rückgabebedingungen zurückzusenden. Die Rücksendung wurde fristgerecht und in Übereinstimmung mit den Vorgaben von Avenue.com durchgeführt. Trotzdem habe ich bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten.
Der Versuch, den Kundenservice für Klärung zu kontaktieren, führte zu keiner zufriedenstellenden Lösung. Es gab entweder verzögerte Antworten oder in einigen Fällen blieben meine Anfragen gänzlich unbeantwortet. Diese Erfahrung hat mein Vertrauen in Avenue.com stark beeinträchtigt und ich fühle mich als Kunde nicht wertgeschätzt.
Ich möchte andere potenzielle Kunden warnen und ihnen raten, vorsichtig zu sein, wenn sie erwägen, bei Avenue.com zu bestellen. Basierend auf meiner Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice und dem Prozess der Rückerstattung, kann ich diesen Online-Shop leider nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe bei Avenue Mitte Januar eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Da mir die Sachen nicht gepasst haben, musste ich sie zurückschicken und habe eine Retourenbestätigung per E-Mail Anfang Februar erhalten. Meine Rückerstattung in Höhe von ca. 230€ ist bis heute nicht angekommen. Ich habe mich an den Kundenservice gewandt - auf die Frage wieso ich mein Geld immernoch nicht erhalten habe, habe ich keine Antwort bekommen. Eine Entschuldigung habe ich ebenfalls nicht erhalten.
