Poor UPS 'delivery'.
In terms of my shopping experience with buying online from Axent, I found you web site reasonably good, but felt that it was perhaps less useable for small purchasers than for large companies. I have to report difficulties with the UPS delivery. Delivery, after one attempt diverted the delivery to an inconvenient pick-up point, and a note of failed delivery was left in a very inappropriate place which I was lucky to find. I would have expected a second attempt to deliver, and a clear delivery time slot.
