On placing a new car order my comments and separate email enquiry were completely ignored. On contacting an Ayvens agent I also felt like I wasn’t being listened to. However, it was only after speaking to Irindeep Mann when my frustrations ceased and the opinion i’d quickly formed of Avyvens completely changed. Irindeep was a pleasure to speak to, she listened to me which is all I needed from the beginning. Whatever the outcome of my enquiry, the 5 stars i’m leaving here for Ayvens are directly attributable to Irindeep. Thank you.

After 3 months of chasing up a refund I finally received a credit note- correct amount but had to wait 2 weeks till I would be refunded. Date was 7/10/25
And NO REFUND.
Called up about this yesterday and was advised that if I has cancelled my direct debit then they could not pay into my back- no mention of this for last 3 months.
Was given a number to call- rang not correct number.
Have emailed with bank details- no reply.
Tried to call was holding for 25 minutes and then cut off.
AYVENS you should be ashamed about how you deal with your customers- over 3 months waiting.
Finalised an end of term agreement June.
Had paid 12 months road tax April and initially no road tax on electric vehicles.
Have contacted them for 7 weeks Telephone, emailed and just being told sorting it!!! Seriously 7 weeks for a refund.
Had all the excuses- company merging, been send to wrong department etc
I’m sure they wouldn’t wait for 7 weeks for me to have paid for the road tax. AVOID very unprofessional company.
Well no one has been in contact and I appreciate you have given me a reference but had many of those already. What is difficult to raise a refund!!! This car the tax relates to was sold 1/7 so refund from dvla will have been received by you.
End of this week 2 months - totally unacceptable. Just refund and we can move on. Empty promises by you everytime.
27/8/25 just phoned at advised being looked into - will respond by 21/9/25 - shocking so that brings it to nearly 3 months. wouldnt put me through to anyone to discuss. Looks like the next stop in contacting a solicitor...

Had a reply that processing payment as of last week and still waiting. Also figure incorrect so emailed- no response. Unbelievable.
13/9 STILL NO REFUND and No response from 4/9 query regarding incorrect amount. Finally agreed correct amount to be paid 7/10/25

To be delivered a brand new car that was absolutely filthy. Dead spiders hanging out of the wing mirrors. Cobwebs under the bonnet. Just to name a couple of horrors.
No manuals, no delivery handover except sign this tablet.
No guidance on the new car or features, no help with the charger.
A very disappointed customer.

Atrocious. Simple car collection thwarted with errors means car now not collected following end of lease. It’s now up to me to get car MOT’d as will be due before rearranged collection. Another weeks wait to book an MOT and reinsure the car. *Do not use this company as highly incompetent*
*Update: Nothing was done apart from sending me an invoice for extra rental charges where YOU did not collect the car*

If it wasn't for Patrick in Customer Service this would be 2 star at best.
Up until then Ayvens was like a dog chasing its tail, my questions didn't get answered and I was pointed back at my companies fleet team who pointed me back to Ayvens. Patrick sorted it all out and put up with my questions and early monday emails.

I needed to delay my order, I contacted the team and spoke to Sara Byrne who was more than happy to help. She quickly assisted and arranged the later delivery for me!

My lease car, a Ford Mustang Mach E, has had 13 breakdowns in the 2.5 years I've had it and Ford have been next to useless in helping. Ayvens have taken the reigns, escalated to Ford and provided a hire car without question whenever I have needed it. The most recent breakdown resulted in me refusing to drive the car until Ford took the car and did more investigation rather than the usual software recent. Headed by Neil Rana, my interaction with Ayvens has been excellent and I have had a hire car for the duration of the Ford investigation. My car is due to be returned to me tomorrow (again arranged by Ayvens), let's hope Ford have fixed it this time!

Honestly I don’t even know what’s going on anymore. Last 5 days just prove exactly why I’m glad I ditched Skyfleet and Leaseplan. Since I left it’s like you’re desperately clawing at pennies. It’s petty and childish at this point.
This letter serves as formal notice that I dispute the following invoices issued by Leaseplan/Avyens:
Invoice 420000955503 – £200 “Excess Charges”
This charge is invalid. The vehicle was returned in compliance with BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear Standards.
Invoice 420000956370 – £12.10 “Road Tax”
This charge is invalid. On 1 June 2025, I was charged £40 (Invoice 420000912471) to cover road tax for the 2025/26 period. Based on this, you in fact owe me £31.53.
£40/ 52 weeks = £0.77 a week x 11weeks from 1st June = £8.47
£40 - £8.47 = £31.53
Invoice 410000852887 – “Excess Mileage”
This charge is overstated. 7.4 miles must be removed, equating to a refund of £0.41. Evidence of this has been retained.
On the day that my car was due to be picked up. The BCA agent was unable to get an uber to my house and asked for me to pick them up.
This was a 2 mile round trip.
As set out further in this email. A letter was sent to my old address that I haven't lived in for 18months. 5.4miles. Round trip.
Total 7.4miles
I have attached below google maps photos as proof for these extra miles.
7.4* 0.0557=£0.4122
Summary of Adjustments
Credit owed: £31.94
Correct balance due: £52.22
Any attempt to collect more than £52.22 will be immediately disputed with my bank. I will also pursue recovery of funds through the courts, including but not limited to statutory interest under Section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 and recovery of legal costs.
I also require a written explanation of why correspondence was sent to an address I vacated 18 months ago, despite all records, invoices, and the vehicle collection being tied to my current address. This raises data handling and compliance concerns under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Action Required
Withdraw invoices 420000955503 and 420000956370.
Apply the mileage credit to invoice 410000852887.
Confirm in writing that £52.22 is the final balance owed. Any company with any morals would just wipe these stupid charges. But I know Leaseplan/Avyens—never your fault, always someone else to blame
If I do not receive confirmation within 7 days of this letter, I will initiate proceedings in the Small Claims Court without further notice.

None existent customer service
My current lease expires in 16 days, I have sent several emails - never had a response; been on hold for hours across several calls - no one ever answers.
I just want to arrange for the car to be collected.

Well it's been quite a few weeks since my last review on Trustpilot concerning this shambles,I did however get a reply,and it read that my case had been escalated,I've had this statement said to me probably about a dozen times and nothing gets done,now a new issue has started the drivers side front sensor keeps going off for no reason then clears it self after about 15 mins and starts again later on,the car is a wreck getting worse and worse as for not using my phone in the car (load of tosh).I unpaired my phone turned my Bluetooth off in the car and the car still jammed the brakes on this time at 50mph on the motorway so it wasn't my phone like Volkswagen said ,my phone wasn't even in the car.Coming up to 3 years now nothing but hassle,when this car goes back that's it me done with Ayvens &Leaseplan they are both a joke.

6 months of stress with this company.
After replacing the engine in our lease vehicle, we handed it back. Trying to sort the outstanding payments with the accounts department is a nightmare! I was told I could set up a payment plan and then told I can’t. I’ve been expected to foot a 7k repair bill on top of my outstanding payments.
Just pure incompetence. Please avoid.
