Went for the Cybex Cloud T car seat…

Went for the Cybex Cloud T car seat from Baby and Co and it’s been a great choice. The ordering process was smooth and it arrived sooner than expected. The seat feels really secure, easy to use and comfortable for our baby. Everything went without a hitch and I’d happily order from Baby and Co again

I ordered a Cybex travel system from…

I ordered a Cybex travel system from Baby & Co on 23rd March based on the advertised 10–14 working day availability, as I am due to have my baby at the end of April and wanted everything organised well in advance.

The main travel system has now been dispatched, however the ISOFIX base — an essential part of the bundle — is out of stock with no confirmed delivery date and is expected to arrive around my due week.

Customer service responses were polite, but ultimately no real solution was offered other than waiting indefinitely or sourcing the item elsewhere myself. Given the cost of the purchase and the importance of baby equipment being ready before arrival, this was quite disappointing and stressful.

I understand supplier delays can happen, but clearer stock information or proactive solutions would have made a big difference to the experience.

Unfortunately this has taken away from what should have been an exciting purchase.

I have still not received my order

I have still not received my order.
When I placed my order it stated that I would receive it in 7 to 10 days to which I didn’t. I called your company after three weeks and was informed that there was a delay and that it would be delivered this week. I received a phone call from your company today informing me that my order would be delivered today, to which it wasn’t. I am very disappointed with your service.

Unreliable Service and No Communication

We visited Baby & Co in January to decide on a travel system after researching many options online. Although we initially planned to purchase from a large chain, we chose to support a smaller, local business after our visit.

We placed our order in February, with a quoted delivery time of 10–14 working days. When this timeframe passed, we contacted the store and were informed of a delay, with stock expected to reach the supplier on 9th April. However, when we followed up again on that date, we were told it had been pushed back further to 29th April, after which delivery would then be arranged.

With our due date fast approaching, and needing the car seat to bring our baby home from the hospital, the ongoing uncertainty and repeated delays left us with no choice but to cancel the order.

At no point were we proactively informed of these delays, nor were we offered an apology. This level of communication and service has been extremely disappointing.

We have since ordered the same item from another company, with delivery scheduled for the next day!!

We chose the Maxi-Cosi Minla highchair…

We chose the Maxi-Cosi Minla highchair from Baby and Co after comparing a few options and we’re so glad we did. It’s really versatile and grows with your little one, which makes it feel like great value. Checkout was straightforward and delivery was prompt. Everything arrived safely and we’ve been very impressed with both the product and the overall experience.

Can't fault the quality

Can't fault the quality, the price or the speed the pram was delivered
The only thing I need to complain about is the delivery, the DPD driver did not knock on my door he just dumped it in the rsin and left it

Delayed delivery time

The product I ordered arrived no issues, unfortunately extremely long delivery time from what is originally stated. Had no updates until I had to chase it up via email.

Straight forward purchasing

Straight forward purchasing, relatively speedy delivery, given the size of the order (2 car seats), and certainly within the lead time stated on the website. I’m always pleased to support small businesses and in this case they came out cheaper as well, so everyone’s a winner!

Long wait on delivery

I placed an order for car seats and a stroller on the 27th February. The website states standard delivery is 7–11 working days, but one of my items was marked “available for immediate dispatch”.

However, it wasn’t clear when I ordered that my items were not actually in stock and that the order could not be dispatched until they arrived with the retailer. After contacting customer service for an update after hearing nothing, I was told they were still waiting for the stock to arrive. The total wait will be close to three weeks.

Customer service did respond and offered a refund, which I appreciate. However, there was no acknowledgement or apology for the inconvenience.

My main concern is the lack of clarity around stock availability when ordering. If items are not in stock or will take longer to dispatch, this should be made clearer so customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.

Lovely customer service

My order is on its way but I've received excellent communication with baby&co. They rang me when the stock came in to let me know when it would be dispatched. I had a lovely chat with a member of staff prior to this when she realised there would be a delay in them receiving the stock. Just lovely customer service.
Very much looking forward to the delivery of our new axkid minikid 4 max for our almost 5yr old to keep him safe in the car for as long as possible!
