My experience was great
My experience was great. They communicated well and my item was delivery very quickly with no problem. They sent out emails and to when my item would be delivered and followed up straight after. Very well organised company.

The gentleman that came round to do the assessment was really knowledgeable and helpful. Great sense of humour and very respectful - he took his shoes off when he didnt have to but that spoke volumes! He covered all areas so I know whatever equipment is provided will be the best for me :)

Friendly, helpful, and discrete
The representative was very kind and compassionate when assessing me for my new chair. He could tell I was a little uncomfortable with some of the measurements and questions, but made every effort to put me at ease. He was friendly and I really can't thank him enough. Correspondence from the company has been great also, professional and prompt.

Great experience 2nd time around
The engineer who came out to assess my needs, was very understanding.
When it came to delivery, the engineer took time to go through all workings of equipment, nothing was too much trouble.
