The experience with Backdropsource has been great, but the choice to use DHL as the delivery carrier has been challenging. This is the second time DHL has delivered a package after hours and left it outside our front office door. Fortunately, both times the packages were still there when we arrived the following morning, but this does create a risk for loss or damage.
Your product quality and customer service continue to be excellent — our only concern is the reliability of DHL’s delivery practices.

Quick and Easy online ordering process. Responded quickly when I had an issue (my fault) with the artwork. Fast shipping. Hanging banner arrived well packed and was excellent quality printing.

Vendor was very responsive, got back to me quickly on questions, and even helped come up with a custom solution to accomodate my request for 24' wide curved walls! Production was VERY fast and I will deffinately use them again!

A good experience working with the design team and placing the order went south when at the trade show we realized that there were 2 important pieces that were not included in the shipment. This prevented us from being able to build our stand the way it was intended. Also, despite sending the artwork in the correct format, and approving the proofs that showed the current color, the backdrop color that was sent was completely different and off brand.

I ordered 2 table cloths and a pop up table with the metal frame. My items arrived very fast and they are amazing. I e already started the process for a second table. Great quality and looks so nice!!

The product came in a timely manner and was done well and on quality material. I ordered one out of five just to see what would come, but I ordered the rest with in 10 mins of receiving.

From back drops to table cloths we order everything we need and its always a super simple processs. We often get compliments and people asking where we get all of our stuff from when we attend public events. We always make sure to name Backdropsource and how great of a company they are! I uploaded my fully designed backdrop at 100% size. I got back a digital proof and didn’t realize it couldn’t be taller than 5’ without a seam. I had the location of the seam adjusted differently than where it was in the first proof, which they did perfectly. The finished product was very high quality and looks great.

It didn’t work well for backlit though, the fabric was too thin, looked washed out and you could see through it from the front when backlit. However, it still looked great and vibrant without backlighting.

My experience with backdrop source has been outstanding. There was a mistake on one of the prints I ordered, and Customer Service was quick to help me out and get it resent to me correctly. I highly recommend them for high-quality prints.

The backdrops are beautiful and arrived well packed. The highlight was Backdrops Source’s customer service — they were really fast and delivered everything before the estimated time.
