Working with Backdrop Source was a very easy process. They walked us through everything and made recommendations along the way. The product came out looking fantastic. Was in our budget, and was super easy to put together.

This product exceeded expectations in every way. The quality is outstanding — nice thick material. The service was timely, friendly, and reliable, and the delivery time was impressively fast. It’s rare to find a company that gets all three right, but this one absolutely does. Highly recommended.

Of course, everything we design needs to be printed "yesterday". Backdrop sources always delivers, super-fast! Proofs are quick too. I've always been able to get a hold of someone for services changes too! I recommend them to other business owners needing to build out their tradeshow build-outs. Quality and product options are great, and I love the pricing. Hard to beat.

We have been so pleased with our 10'x16' "step and repeat' backdrop that we have purchased another! This time a 6'x10' for smaller use. Same great customer service and support. These backdrops hold up to washing, and are quality made! You're not getting something that will only be useable a few times - this is a long-term product! Highly, highly recommend!

Stay away from this business at all costs. You will never be sure that your specifications will be adhered to, and it is impossible to trust whatever any of customer service representatives or sales manager(s) tell you. Their story kept changing throughout the course of my wife's order, and in the end after exhausting every possible means we will have to accept that we lost the full value of the order without receiving the correct product that we can actually use. Never been lied to this much in any professional relationship so far in my life.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything. We didn't get to see the hanging sign until it was in the air when we arrived at the event, and it was perfect! It really was great quality and what we imagined. We appreciate you working with us and how helpful and responsive you were through the process.

They told me they could get a product to me by a certain time and failed to do so. If you are on a strict timeline do not order from this company.

At first, everything seemed fine. The ordering process was easy, and they had the product we were looking for.

After three weeks, though, the product still had not arrived and we began contacting the company. Email replies were vague and unhelpful, always saying they were "looking into it," but I never received an update or reply beyond that first kind of message. Nobody ever actually followed up with me via email. I began calling, and called the business probably 8 times in a week's time. They told me that the order had been "delivered to the wrong address" and that they were "expediting a new one." On each call, I was just about hung up on... the first couple times I thought it was a weird disconnect and called back, but turns out the customer service agents simply say, "We'll look into it" and then hang up on you. I never once heard back. I started to get a little pushy, asking them to send me email confirmations, tracking updates, or for literally anyone to simply return my call, but to no avail. There was one point where there person I had been told to contact was "in a meeting" and I felt like I was begging them to call me back as soon as they were available. I was assured they would, but nope. I have never received any contact initiated by them at all.

I went back to email, asking for a refund, and was told they had escalated the issue to a manager in reply, but once again, never heard back.

We didn't receive the backdrop in time for a very large, important photo shoot, and had to scramble right before the scheduled time to find some kind of back up replacement (because of course, all week, they had been telling me they'd get it there in time.)

All in all, I haven't had such a frustrating experience with a company in a very long time. I tried reviewing them on the Better Business Bureau, but they don't have a profile there. For a solid couple weeks, I believed I had been straight-up scammed. I actually still haven't heard back, so who knows, I might have been.

It looks like other customers have had a positive experience, but I would still exercise extreme caution moving forward for any other customers.
