We have been trying to obtain a refund from Backdropsource UK since June 2025, after they made a logistics error that caused considerable inconvenience and additional costs to us.

We have followed up multiple times over several weeks and were repeatedly told that the refund was “being processed” or “completed” via SagePay.

It is now 8 July 2025, and not only have we not received any money in our account, but the company has unilaterally reduced the agreed refund amount without any explanation or prior agreement.

When we queried this, they simply stated that the refund was processed through SagePay — but in the UK, SagePay refunds typically take no more than 48 hours, and yet we have still received nothing.

Our experience with Backdropsource has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of time. We cannot recommend this company based on how they have handled this matter, their lack of transparency, and their failure to take accountability.

Throughout this process, they also suggested unprofessional and unrealistic solutions to their own logistics error — for example, suggesting we pick up a 21 kg item on a bus, without any consideration for feasibility or health and safety.

We are extremely disappointed and hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.

My review is solely based on this company’s ordering process and customer service. My questions were answered and my ordered was placed so quick and efficient. They were responsive on all platforms. I will try to remember to update this review once my product is received.

First of all i never recieved a proof before they started production, my design came out really light and too big. Second of all the canvas was dirty and yellowed when it got here and had random seams all over it.

We used Backdropsource.com to print a 24' x 8' fabric backdrop for a stage. The company told us that there would be no issues printing it upon seeing the artwork. However, when it came, it did not print according to the artwork. The colors and shading came out very faint and was unusable, yet it cost us nearly $1000. I tried to reach the company to see what they would do about it, since they said it would print according to the artwork, and they did not respond. I highly recommend that you don't use this company.

My church was donated a media wall metal frame and I managed to find product specifications in the bag that exactly matched the specifications for one of the media walls on the Backdrop Source website. I reached out to Customer Service and they were kind and helpful. I ended up paying someone on Fiverr to design it for me and then ordered the fabric only option. It came quickly and it was perfect! Everyone was sooooo thrilled. I had a good experience with this company. There are photos of it on the Seven Streams Church Facebook page if you want to see it.

I do not recommend anyone do business with this company. 0 stars if I could. We ordered a retractable backdrop on January 2, 2024. From the very start, communication was poor. I never received any tracking information as promised, the banner just showed up at our doorstep. We then realized it was broken - the case for the retractable banner would not close properly, making it impossible to transport this huge banner. I went back and forth with Backdropsource for OVER *FIVE MONTHS* trying to get a resolution. They kept giving me the runaround saying oh we'll get back to you in a couple more days, we're still looking into it, just a few more days... then they said they were sending a replacement. I waited around, then asked for tracking, at which point they told me they actually could not send a replacement and would send me a refund, finally, in May. More waiting and more following up... then finally we receive the refund, and it's for HALF the amount paid. Now waiting around again for the rest of our money. It's June 11 and I have been pulling my hair out dealing with this company for over six months.

Great product! I love the fabric, the bright colors, and the way it lays wrinkle free.
