Great customer service, they were fast with responses to any questions. I hadn’t even helped me clear up my image resolution to get a better print highly recommend will definitely do future business with them again

The order process was straight forward. Support team was quick to respond and gave us the space for adjustments and guidance on printing specs. The mocks we sent in good time and the order was delivered on time and as requested.

Easy design submission, quick manufacturing and speedy delivery. Great value for money too.

They are very detailed when it come to making your thing look very professional

Great customer service! Very helpful and responsive. It was so easy to provide our vision/mock ups and they helped provide the proofs quickly.

I had to make a last-minute purchase for display items and backdrop source came through for me in a big way getting my order rushed very reasonable pricing excellent quality. I will definitely be using them again.

I am absolutely thrilled with the S-Cuve backdrop I purchased with the carring case. The quality great and the price was very competitive! I have a variety of pictures on my backdrop and I was very concerned how they would turn out. I was shocked how great they looked, especially considering they weren't super high resolution pictures to begin with.

The editing process was super easy and they communicated very well. I highly recommend this company!!!

Great customer service. Very friendly.

Backdrop source has been a great partner, and their customer service is excellent! They communicate throughout the whole process and have really impressive turn around. Plus, anytime i've needed a custom solution or fix, they work with me 1:1 and make it really easy. Very happy with their service and products!

Product met my expectations. Fabric is durable. Colors vibrant and design just as I submitted. Turnaround time, order to delivery as promised.
Quality product at a fair price.

Awesome response awesome follow up awesome project design

Working with Backdrop Source was a very easy process. They walked us through everything and made recommendations along the way. The product came out looking fantastic. Was in our budget, and was super easy to put together.

This product exceeded expectations in every way. The quality is outstanding — nice thick material. The service was timely, friendly, and reliable, and the delivery time was impressively fast. It’s rare to find a company that gets all three right, but this one absolutely does. Highly recommended.

Great quality! Great and fast service!

Great service, fast turn-around, high quality production and well packaged. I plan on using them for all my future work.

Of course, everything we design needs to be printed "yesterday". Backdrop sources always delivers, super-fast! Proofs are quick too. I've always been able to get a hold of someone for services changes too! I recommend them to other business owners needing to build out their tradeshow build-outs. Quality and product options are great, and I love the pricing. Hard to beat.

The team went above and beyond to get us what we needed quickly for a reasonable price.

They were amazing at responding and quick at answering my questions.

Returning customer!
We have been so pleased with our 10'x16' "step and repeat' backdrop that we have purchased another! This time a 6'x10' for smaller use. Same great customer service and support. These backdrops hold up to washing, and are quality made! You're not getting something that will only be useable a few times - this is a long-term product! Highly, highly recommend!
