Backdropsource Avaliações

The communication with backdrop’source was smooth through email and WhatsApp. They keep you updated and are very available.
The quality was awesome of the back drop. Client was pleased. Will work with them again for sure.

Amazing company to deal with. Incredibly fast turn round and shipping. And the media wall. Great, exactly what we needed.

Would certainly deal with them again.

I uploaded my fully designed backdrop at 100% size. I got back a digital proof and didn’t realize it couldn’t be taller than 5’ without a seam. I had the location of the seam adjusted differently than where it was in the first proof, which they did perfectly. The finished product was very high quality and looks great.

It didn’t work well for backlit though, the fabric was too thin, looked washed out and you could see through it from the front when backlit. However, it still looked great and vibrant without backlighting.

My experience with backdrop source has been outstanding. There was a mistake on one of the prints I ordered, and Customer Service was quick to help me out and get it resent to me correctly. I highly recommend them for high-quality prints.

The backdrops are beautiful and arrived well packed. The highlight was Backdrops Source’s customer service — they were really fast and delivered everything before the estimated time.

It was a really great experience.

Backdrop Source was quick to respond to all of our questions to ensure our design was exactly how we imagined. Their response time was excellent and the delivery arrived well before expected! Already working on our next order!

Such a great company!!!! My wedding welcome sign is GORGEOUS and sooo fast and great at communicating! Will be using again :)

Quick reply, great job meeting tight delivery.

The shipment was quick and quality is great.

Thank you for being clear, direct, and FAST!

Great experience from order to fruition. Jennifer and team were extremely helpful. They provided a solution that worked for us, suggestions in areas of uncertainty and delivered a product we can be proud of. I also love the promotional calendar I received that shows different materials for future projects. Thanks!

They were amazing to work with, ensuring everything looked correct before starting production - their communication exceeded my expectations to know what to expect and when!

Great graphic! Easy to put together and easy travel

Where do I begin!? I was impressed with the speed and completeness of the communication from day one. It was easy to create artwork to their specs, get a quick mockup, and order at a great price. Every step of the way, the team was accessible and shipping was lightning-fast. Regarding the product: Wow! It absolutely surpassed my expectations. This is premium material, not a 'cheap' product at all. We are so excited to showcase our 10x4 hexagonal hanging sign above our booth for years to come. I can’t recommend this company enough!

We are very pleased with our media wall. Customer service was great and we received it very quick. Thank you!

Making the order was easy, but customer service was a nightmare. I was given the run around via chat and phone call from different people about why my order hasn't sipped, who the carrier was, etc. They always said they would call me back and/or send me an email with tracking information, but never received one. On their online portal, the status was always "order confirmed". It was very frustrating. Then I got a message finally, 14 days later, that the order has shipped...from China...and somehow it was delivered like 3-4 days later. But I was never given a tracking number. Never given any information or help from the the people that Backdrop Source , outsource to in a different country. It was a very very frustrating process and worst thing they GUARANTEED my delivery date when I ordered it, and it was delivered 7 days after the guaranteed day, so I had to improvise for my event. Uncalled for and very unprofessional.

QUICK response and shipping! Great quality! This is the second time I've used Backdropsource, and I highly recommend them.

Great customer service, highly communicative, and assisted in making sure we had the best resolution images. Super fast shipping and helped us meet our deadline!

I order trade show items regularly from places like this one, but I've never ever had an experience this HORRIBLE.
2/12: I place the order, told it will arrive no later than 2/24. (My final need-by date for an event is 2/27)
2/20: Still no tracking, they're extremely vague about it, saying they'll try to make sure it arrives by 2/27.
2/24: Still no tracking, I push, they claim it shipped from Las Vegas, is in transit and I'll have tracking that day.
2/25: Still no tracking, told I'll have it in 2 hours.
2/26: Still no tracking, wait 1 hour 52 minutes on live chat, I find out they never even made it. Told it will be made and will ship out that day. Have address changed to hotel for event.
2/27: They still didn't even make it yet. Told it's being made and shipping out that day, expedited to arrive 3/2 or 3/3.
2/28: Still no tracking, told it shipped out, but not expedited, will arrive to hotel 3/6 (after event is over).
3/1: Still no tracking.
3/2 (today): I blow a gasket. I FINALLY get a tracking number. It says a label was created THAT DAY in CHINA. There never was a shipment from Las Vegas. At this point I have spoken to half a dozen employees who lied to me about the shipment. Not only will it miss the entire event it was made for, I don't even trust that I'll ever receive it at all.
