Couldn't have been more helpful. Popped in with a question on a second hand Trek bike I'd purchased privately. They knew exactly what I was talking about, offered to look at it and do a general service. Identified and resolved a couple of other items too, keep me informed throughout the process and price was very reasonable for all that they did.

They were helpful and knowledgeable in the shop (4⭐️) although we were disappointed that we had verbally agreed a date to pick them up, but when we arrived they said that they weren’t.. hence we were stranded at the shop as cycling our new bikes was our way home (2⭐️)

Had a great experience with Balfe's, 1st expertise of a damaged bicycle and then the purchase of a Specialized Tarmac Sworks frame and a one piece cockpit. Was really well looked after and follow up was great. True professionals who love their job and are good at it. Recommended.

I came in wanting to buy a new mtb. The staff were super helpful answered all the questions I had and super helpful recommending products. Super happy with the service I revived couldn’t fault anything.

Great customer service from your reigate store. Had a couple of jerseys which didn't quite fit right and there was no problem returning them.

The Reigate team was absolutely fantastic, im so happy with the service I recieved, they showed and explained everything in more depth to me when I didnt understand certain parts or things on my bike, they gave me advice on what to do with my bike. They treated me with respect and im very grateful for the time they gave me.
They were friendly and understanding, the shop was clean and well laid out and easy to get around.

Great Service

I ordered a pair of cycle ahoea for my husband as a present on their click & collect service. When I arrived the guy in the ahop realised I had bought the wrong type for a spin bike and changed them and then put the correct fixing on them for me. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend

Shout out to James Tagg at Balfes Reigate. They charged up my Di2 after I had cycled to Reigate and realised battery was low. When I went to collect it he said there was 'no charge' (excuse the pun!) Excellent service!

What a fantastic ordering and delivery process you have. I ordered a gravel bike on the 2nd Dec 25 and it arrived today on the 4th Dev 25 before lunch time......class.

I'm yet to properly inspect and ride the bike I've chosen and it's a Trek Checkpoint ALR 3 in a Carmine (very deep red). It looks great.

The delivery driver was very helpful and made sure that I was set up before he left me.
