Shipping cost is too high
Everything was sent correctly and on time. However, the shipping costs are too high. I will be using a different vendor in the future with more reasonable shipping prices. For one of my orders the shipping was the same cost as the product I ordered. I even live in the same state as this company. I understand these prices may be set by a postal or shipping company, but I have ordered from other vendors and shipping is significantly less, even for larger orders.

Great service
I am not the usual clientele for band related items so I had a lot of pre-purchase questions. The staff was always quick to respond with patience and understanding. When I finally purchased a couple of flag "t-poles" for my business they were shipped promptly and customer service continued to excel. Thank you for all the help.
